发帖数: 164 | 2 早就想写一篇介绍美国房屋外墙的文章，一是因带客户看房时，常会涉及这方面的提问
，二是因为网上这样的中文介绍又很少。大多数移民美国在这里安家落户的中国人，对
美国的建筑及材料是陌生的，先从我们这一代熟悉的谈起。在中国，我们最早认知的就
是红砖房子，在北京地区，房屋外墙通常是用24砖，即一砖厚(24 cm)。 在东北寒冷地
区，房屋外墙是用36砖，即一砖半厚(36 cm)，房内隔墙则用半砖(12 cm)。
与美国木结构(frame) 外墙贴面的红砖房不同的是，我们的红砖外墙是承重的，后来发
展了，还加了钢筋混凝土构造柱和圈梁，砖混结构，就可以盖楼房了，这样的单元楼房
我们又叫家属宿舍楼，建筑规范也就允许盖到6层，有的地区到7层。后来地少人多，又
发展到了高层，钢筋混凝土框架结构，墙体用的窗门都是预留好的预制混凝土板，吊装
到位后，墙体的预留钢筋与框架的钢筋焊接，再用混凝土灌缝浇筑在一起。这样20层以
上的楼房在北京80年代比比皆是，我们叫它 “大板楼”。“大板楼”的缺点是墙体太
重，现在工艺又改进了，还是框架结构，但墙体采用空心砖，这样可以盖的更高，住的
人也更多了。

and MBUS. I ordered one of the $999 ones and am very happy with it. This was
my first AR and first Aimpoint. Took it out for the first time last weekend
and had no issues with 180 rounds. Prior to receiving my gun I emailed back
and forth with their CS guy (his name is Colt), He was very helpful and
always responded to my emails quickly.

49.95 + 7.00 shipping. Shipping charge applies to each one ordered.
In case you have never ordered a firearm online, this has to go to an FFL
and you will need to pay a transfer fee. But this is one of the best deals
I have ever seen on these.
