trying to pull people there. After we arrived, we found the price of all the

distributor，LG公司给我们的handout上明确写明"has been proven and recognized
by FDA”. LG在韩国也是有头有脸的公司，现在又想扩展北美市场，所以我不认为他们
在这点上会有撒谎可能。谢谢Gilda在这方面也花了时间做功课，礼拜一我会问他们要
FDA批文copy，FDA的电话我刚打了，周末不上班。
HA是透明质酸（玻尿酸），胎盘素核心精华是核酸，都有抗衰老作用，所以我感觉是大
同小异。
理解mm作为版主的立场，至于托一说，mm多虑了。我们公司作为distributor经营的品

是越南人在自家院子里开的，只周末开门。不大的院子前后左右挤满了各种各样你能想
向到或想向不到的热带果树，东南亚的，南美的，非洲的，应有尽有。荔枝，龙眼，莲
雾，guava, cherimoya, sapote, jacoticaba, etc, 甚至还有山竹! 还有各种枣，梨
，柿子，石榴，辣椒等等。所有的植物都很健康。那一家人都非常好，我们在院子里转
的时候专门给我们小越南斗笠遮阳，走的时候还送二瓶冰水，他们的越南口音非常重，
但不影响交流。我们买了二棵树，他们有很详细的handout怎样种树，女主人还很细心

在自我介绍部分，老师主要询问大家的照相机的情况。结果除了我还有另外两个人有数
字SLR之外，其他5个人都是Point&Shoot。老师提到要拍出好的风景作品，至少要有以
下设备：
1。可以换镜头的照相机(film or digital)
2。广角镜头
3。Telephoto镜头
4。 三角架 （老师提到她90%的拍摄都会用到三角架）
5。Polarizer

3月份趁着尼康rebate活动，800多刀分别入了16-35 F4和24-120 F4，紧接着又在
craigslist上捡了个便宜，700刀入了个成色还不错的70-200 F4，至此小三元集齐了。
7月份老婆用她在美国的第一笔工资给我买了D610，告别了陪伴4年之久的D5000，从此
踏上全副之路。此后，又陆续入了35，50，85 1.8和Zeiss 50 1.4，不过最终在经济压
力下，这些个定焦镜头都卖了或者退了。
授业篇
年初，因为学校Digital Media Commons的Director非常喜欢我的照片，被问可否在图
书馆开workshops。想想可以练练口语，也可以与他人共同学习，便答应了。每学期一
个series三个workshops，分别讲Lens，Landscape Photography和Portrait
Photography。每个workshop一个小时，都精心准备了slides和handout。现在已经讲了
两个学期了，给学校里的摄影爱好者普及了摄影知识，自己在准备的过程中温习了很多。
