air handler 是 TAM7A0B30，TAM7 系列是variable speed air handler,不错的。
老房子装中央空调比新起房子装中央空调麻烦的多，如果给你2.5ton 机子，还行吧。
最好再找两家TRANE dealer 估估，多了解点对自己总是有益的。 |

我最近在找人装中央空调，有相关问题请教。
1. 背景介绍
我们在麻省中部，房子30多年房龄, colonial, 不连地下室2400sq不到一点。该房用
hot water baseboard heating加热(去年已经换了high efficiency boiler 和
indirect hot water heater)，房子以前建的时候装了duct，但是没有中央空调。在一
楼和二楼的各个房间都有register grill。Attic上面没有duct,但是有些圆形和椭圆形
的duct opening, 据前来估价的contractors说，圆形的是连接二楼的grill的，椭圆形
的是穿过墙壁连接一楼的grill的。 一楼5个grill, 二楼7个grill. 因为attic上面有
厚厚的insulation,所以没有还没有找到所有的opening（也没专门仔细找）,但是据
contractor 说，应该有12个opening(5+7=12)分别连到一楼和二楼的grill。

handler的风量很大，一个卧室离的远一点，风就小非常多。楼下 一个靠近air
handler的反而风小，其他楼下风口风量不管远近都还算平均。这个可以调吗？自己大

在网上读到 如果fan blades 不净可以影响motor 功能。于是决定拆洗motor.
昨天请假在家，乘早晨不热钻进屋顶。切电源，打开air handler 盖。照相，标记（
marker) 接线。然后拆。往外抽的时候发现拿不出来。 fan assembly 比开口大！只好
卸一根中柱，打开evaporator的cover. 最后终于拿出来了。太沉，没法一人把其拿到
地面
。就在attic拆fan cage.
然后把motor, fan cage,拿到garage. cage 用高压水枪洗的铮亮。把motor也拆开擦去
油污，上润滑油。
同时用万用表测了电阻。确定motor 很好。 还把带relay的PCB卸下，仔细的看。象是
好的。
用bleach水把air handler 机箱里的一些mold 也擦洗一净。
于是往回装。这时已过午时。attic 象火炉。在汗洗头脸中，把其装回。
接电，回室内开机。发现风量一下大多了。
经过昨夜和今早的运行。一切正常了。

blower motor. You need to uncover the AC metal panel(usually in your garage/
closet or attic depending on your AC inside unit location) to see the
control board.
The flash code can be observed by looking at led light at surface of air
handler. Depending on the led flashing pattern, a code can be looked up
again troubleshooting guide. It's AC model dependent. |

5年的机子是值得修的。
我想应该给中国师傅这个机会，全漏完了应该很容易查出来哪里漏，如果可以烧焊簿的
话那是最理想。如果真是coil 漏而没办法补的话，应该可以单换一个coil,不用换整个
air handler.
猜想GOODMAN air Handler 里的A-Coil 和GOODMAN 单卖的Uncased A-Coil 应该是一样
的（5-8年前的型号,那年代都可替代，我很确定).
目前GOODMAN 3Ton的uncased A-Coil 也就2.3百刀，可参考ebay 上的价格。 |

system.
heat pump 外形和冷气机完全一样。在运行COOLING mode 就是个冷气机，在运行
HEATING model 时 就是个暖气机。
heat pump 有不同配置安装法，常见到的是
1）heat pump + air handler/fan coil with heat strip 最常见到。
2) heat pump + gas furnace --- dual fuel / hybrid heat
3) heat pump + air handler with hot water coil ---- hybrid heat/hydro
heating
如果你的温控器接线底板上有接到“B”线或者“O”线，你的外机应该就是heat pump.

该是heat pump with Air Handler electric heat strip .

先确认function 190 设为“0”

Amana 的 coil 从 tube 到 fin 都是 aluminum, Lennox 还是 copper tube +
Aluminum fin. Lennox 的师傅可以把 air handler 给换成 HSPF 9.5的 CBX32MV-060
variable speed air handler， 但是要加 $1500.00
相比同样性能 Amana 的价格还稍微低些，决定从了Amana |

你把温控器暂时卸下来， 把“R”和“Y”线连一起。看反应
内机是furnace 还是 Air Handler？如果是furnace 的话， 也可以把furnace 端的R”
和“Y”线连一起， 看反应。

发帖数: 9429 | 30 你们啦全被那些广告忽悠。大家一直在说的电改气，花钱贵，但是呢省得是运行成本。
有的呢觉得改不合算， 还是维持电的。
但是你要搞清楚的是楼主啥都没有，将是一个全新安装的系统，如果单用热泵+Air
Handler+电热丝，还需要多拉一条至少40安的power supply 到 air Handler. 这和
dual Fuel 系统比便宜了一点，不会太多， 所以我用“小贵”，就是这个意思。
话说可以用气的， 当然用气的. 要懂得如何去灵活运用。人楼主已说得很清楚-弯曲-
1100尺-1层。dual fuel 有很多种设置，除了正常dual fuel 温度切换设置外，也可以
把热泵作为主机，把furnace 作为back up 这种方式运行。也可以把furnace 作为
primary heat ，热泵作为 back up heat 去运行， 看所在环境的需要。

明天去autozone买个换上。

压缩机是2吨的。收到几个报价，准备在下面两个之间挑一个。

HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)从字面来说是三部分，暖气系统
。通风系统和冷气系统。外面的大的圆圆的有个风扇的设备是冷气系统的condensing
unit. 坏了，就得修。如果不转，最好是请人检修。如果要换，需要整套换掉。
condensing unit+air handler. air handler 是在房子里面的，就是负责把冷气推到
各个房间的设备。是和condensing unit一套的。整套换起来大约每吨1500. 比如说你
的房子是冷气3吨，那么全换是4500左右。
不可以只换condensing unit，很快就会坏的。
一般卖主会修，不会同意换的。 |

原来的空调压缩机坏了，准备换个新的。拿到的报价是Goodman 2.5吨$3800全包。我看
版上的报价好像才两千多，是不是应该再找别人看看？我在马里兰州。
刚才我问了师傅，他说里外全换。旧的空调比较老，用的是旧的氟利昂，现在不让用了
。如果现在只换压缩机，也要花一千多，可能过几年还是要换整套,所以建议现在全换
。他说空调是13 seer。
又拿到一个报价，好像中国人的公司代理的都是goodman
