is appointed by the local partner university.”
很多孔子学院其实就是一个机构两个牌子，本来就有中文教学的大学，去中国找个合作
学校（比如复旦大学），到时候复旦负责提供些教师和志愿者（这些教师和志愿者并不
是复旦的，很多是师范院校和中学老师），而管理人员很多本来就是
美国当地大学的，由当地大学出钱。而一些边远或者小学校中文力量很弱的，则以中方
为主，美方提供场地和一些技术支持。

哪些人可以报名？
根据省教育厅通知，此次志愿者招募由孔子学院总部和国家汉办主办，主要面向孔子学院中方合作院校招募1298名任教志愿者，同时针对全国各类学校招募804名普通项目志愿者。其中，孔子学院志愿者及部分签证周期较长的普通志愿者岗位须在3月9日前报名，其他岗位要在3月23日前报名。
上述岗位具体报名截止日期，可登录汉语教师项目在线管理平台（vct.hanban.org），在中文申请表界面上点击“调配志愿”即可获悉。
记者了解到，本次招募对象为2016年本科学历以上（含）应届毕业生、在读研究生、回国志愿者、在职教师。具体条件包括：普通话达到二级甲等水平，赴亚、非、拉志愿者英语达到大学英语四级425分或相当水平；赴欧、美志愿者英语达到大学英语六级425分或相当水平，或熟练掌握赴任国语言。
审核通过的报名者将被确定为志愿者候选人，候选人须参加选拔考试，主要考查其专业知识、教学技能、跨文化交际能力、外语沟通能力和心理素质等。

尽管卡梅伦在此次访华期间推动签订了价值60亿英镑的贸易协议，但他警告称，如
果英国继续将欧洲语言放在首位，长期而言可能会是个损失。
卡梅伦表示：“我希望英国与全球增长迅速的经济体建立联系。这包括让我们的年
轻人学习他们的语言，以缔结未来的商业协议。”
“等到今天出生的孩子从学校毕业时，中国将成为全球最大经济体。因此，现在是
时候把目光从传统关注的法语和德语上移开、让更多孩子学习汉语了。”
卡梅伦访华的最后一天是在成都度过的，他在那里宣布了一系列措施，以促进英国
的汉语教学。
英国文化协会(British Council)与中国对外汉语教学的组织国家汉办(Hanban)已
签署协议，计划到2016年，将汉语助教的数量增加一倍。英国政府还将拨出更多款项帮
助学校支付汉语教学的费用。
另外，这两个组织将奖资助60名英国的中小学校长在2014年赴中国学习考察，目的
是将英国汉语学习者的数量增加一倍，达到40万人。

't done anything significant.
The Hanban wanted to set up a new Confucius Institute within the university
I am working with, but the university turned it down since they think there
are many more important and useful things we can do than setting up a
confucius institue.
Basically, the confucius institutes use the exchange teachers from mainland
China to work for them. |

classroom without teacher coming from China, however, this fund may be
different from the fund for having teacher from China. It may depend on what
kind of funding the school is applying....I'm not sure. |
