，没有管它。一年前发现变宽变长了，然后用了Clear Silicone Sealant seal 了。现
在发现sealant和石头间又有小缝隙了，只是crack grow的速度比完全不seal时慢很多。
我觉得crack grow是一直有受力， 是因为sink吗？有什么办法可以根治的？
如果要填上新的小缝隙，是要把一年前填的sealant先清理吗？ |

新房建好了块半年了.是小区内少数剩下的几个新房之一.
车库不时平的，越进去越高，有个很小的坡度。因为房子比路面要高上半米左右。
open house去看了，发现车库地面从左到右有好几条这样的裂缝。很细小，可以说是
hairline crack.仔细瞅了瞅墙，没有任何细小的裂缝。
问了问sales office说是settlement引起的细小裂缝，正常不用修。
到底正常不正常啊？ |

. 现在的外墙大部分是stucco, 小部分是wood siding. wood siding 已经不好了；部
分stucco也有hairline裂缝。
他说要把wood siding拆掉，重做新的stucco；然后整个屋子spary stucco. 说这样第
一是好看；第二是再也不用刷油漆了（喷的sutcco有颜色）。要价7000，砍到3000.
不知有人做过没有？可靠性怎么样？ |

inspection or structural engineer is recommended那你就要留意了。一般内外墙墙
上、地基上有hairline crack是正常的，报告里也会这么写，不用担心。
如果有past leak或water stain, 但现在inactive一般就是修好了。最好多问问，看看
有没有相关记录.
请你的agent把关。
看过seller做的home inspection 没有看到啥严重的。会不会有啥隐藏的问题 比如房
子结构 地基之类的问题？ |

没有option period, builder 会修（但地基怎么能修好）
裂缝在patio下面的水泥地上，纵向（从地基边往里延伸），有5-6 feet, 不是
hairline, 但<2mm。这里是dallas，都是post-tensioned slab foundation，地基问题
好像很普遍啊。
inspector 说现在没啥，但不能predict future，继续观察。唉，心里纠结。是买还是
walk away(但earnest money $5000)就要泡汤了 |

但房子外面有些问题：
1) 如图1 门前的树根 铺满了房子的一个corner周围 把通往前门的水泥路都顶起来"2
左右（黄色部分）
2）如图2－4 奇怪的是地基外表又被糊了薄薄一层水泥 所以可以看到的裂痕不多 第一
次遇到这样的情况 房主没有提修过地基
3) 如图5－6 另一个corner 看到墙体有一条裂缝 宽过hairline 从地基以上 一直裂到
屋檐 有一层楼那么高
4) 这个没有图 房后的烟囱 从地面到烟囱口 外表的木板都该换了 有些摸着木板摸起
来居然象海绵一样 不知木头腐烂还是白蚁
我们的Agent说都没什么严重的 树根可以砍掉或不理 烟囱的木板花两千左右换cement
board也就可以了
请问 这些问题是修修就好 还是有隐患？因为自己不懂 以前都是直到请人做
inspection才发现大问题 不得不walk away 实在是怕了 |
