最早就没有36000-37000的死亡数字，死缠硬搅的离奇维只能找到最常见的33000多的数
字。
最初引起长期混乱的基本原因也是比较清楚的，下面的报道也有提及。最早公布的死亡
是先陈述了因敌对引起的死亡（died from hostile action）之类的数据，然后列出“
其它死亡”一类的数据作为韩战伤亡统计数据陈列的一部分。对此，长期的理解是那些
“其它死亡”与韩战有关。
5万4这个数字曾经深入人心。
1993年版的大英百科全书第6卷第963页仍然用那个数字：“The Korean War resulted
in the deaths of about ...; and about 54,000 Americans..."
1997年版的The World Book Encyclopedia在J-K卷的第384用的是“54,246”

我练习安般息念只有一年半时间，尽量坚持每天练习一个小时以上，是一个百份百的菜
鸟。所以我写此文的目的：总结自己，抛砖引玉，望能者上钩。希望这儿有实修的师兄

安般息念以呼吸为所缘，取其中的“概念法“成分作持续专著觉知，是三摩地修行的最
受喜爱的业处之一。对大多数菜鸟来说，止禅的第一座高峰就是色界初禅。色界初禅的
五个特点：寻，饲，喜，乐，持续专注（一境性）是通过对治五盖而达到的。五盖是指
“贪，嗔，疑，昏沉，掉举”。我每天一个半小时的练习中，大约有半小时用于安般息
念的前方便，一小时用在入出息上。下面我对自己练习的每一步骤进行描述，并对个人
理解的法理进行讨论。请大虾们批评指正。
