tend to put too much pressure and stress on my body which made my body stiff
up. Kate said this to me yesterday, "you really do have a lot of energy, if
I tie my body up that much, I would die after one game. Try to relax
yourself, badminton is all about softness and flexibility of the body, and
you spend too much energy tie up your muscle which will limit your shots and
any of the technical stuff". |

Feel bad that we lost the AWD final. After discussion with Emily, Chris and
many others, we believe that we (Emily and I) should of win the AWD, we both
are stronger, faster, and better players then Nancy and Roma. However, we
lost because of: luck of confidence, mental stability and we were too rushed
to close up the match. Both Nancy and Roma might not be better players

I love the story!!!!
My friend Jennifer's Akita was exactly the same as 樂樂. Once the door open,
she ran and only come home when shen want food or was done having fun.
Usually by the time she come home, Jennifer will 實行家法 too.
But it nice to see 樂樂 have some company again. One thing of having a dog
as pet, have to keep them company as they keep us company too. Jeekaz should
loan 樂樂 out to HP every couple weeks. ^^ |
