舱和二等舱这些富人乘客的尸体带回，而较穷的三等舱乘客尸体，则直接丢入海中。救
援船长表示，主要是因为船只没有足够的空间和防腐设备不足。

组意见。至于什么对孩子最好是法律问题，不在他的专家范畴里。你引的这段的中心观
点就是快死了还怕什么风险，而这并不是合乎法律“最大利益”的角度。活着比死了强
并不符合避免孩子受更多痛苦这一最大利益的金标准。他的意见因此
并不能trump其他专家的意见。何况他也说拔管马上就死，按你们的逻辑这样的专家岂
能信之。法官在这段前后详细引用了教授的观点全文和context，就是为了证明哪些能
作为专家证言被考虑，哪些不是专家范畴不考虑。否则随便一个人唱反调，法庭上要专
家证言还有何用？ |

或当活马医不用考虑风险的，你就能放心地说没风险了？
