纽约市曼哈坦上西城飞车党殴打华裔车主案，曼哈坦检方目前已检控一名骑士嫌犯，但
因罪证不足释放被捕的另一人。事件中被华裔车主艾利先‧连辗过的米西斯因嵴
椎碎裂，目前住院仍赖呼吸器维持生命。警方3日公布多张照片，追捕两名主要嫌犯，
另外寻找两位曾在现场救助受害人的关键证人。
警方资料显示，32岁的米西斯未曾申请机车驾照，1999年至今在麻州已累积16张罚单，
汽车驾照被吊销至2017年，他本人曾于5月在麻州被捕。
涉案的28岁报住新泽西派塞亚克市男子克鲁士(Christopher Cruz)因被控疏忽致危、鲁
莽驾驶、危害儿童福利、威胁、非法禁锢等罪，目前以1500元交保。根据录像显示，当
时他骑机车切入艾利先‧连汽车前方，故意紧急煞车，挑起整个事件。「纽约邮
报」引述知情者指出，警检受迫于强大的舆论压力将其逮捕起诉，但证据薄弱。其代理

圭亚那，这是一个国土面积仅为21.5万平方公里、人口不足百万的小国，在印第安语中
，圭亚那（Guyana）意为“多水之乡”。从1916开始勘探钻探，到2015年第一次石油大
发现，这个拉美小国走过了近100年。然而，“金子总会发光”，如今这个“多水之乡
”已然脱胎换骨，成为一个“多金之地”——黑金之地。
储量刷新至40亿桶
今年3月底中海油公布了2017年度业绩，中海油逆袭净利暴增37倍，成功反超中石油，
成为中国第二赚钱的石油公司。在谈及储量大幅增长中，除了国内勘探取得重大进展外
，中海油特别提及海外的两个区块的贡献，其中之一正是圭亚那斯塔布鲁克（Stabroek
）区块，据埃克森美孚官网6月底报道，在圭亚那盆地第八次发现了石油，这是迄今为
