，警告无效911解决，911来了一般也是警告，也没听说过罚款的，真出了大事，911的
警察也没资格罚款，也得扔给法庭，想想高速上超速开罚单，警察也没资格随便罚你多
少钱，也无非是记录了你的情况然后把case交给法庭。这怎么一个manager随便在这儿
罚款。
我以前住的楼就有个来看娃的中国老太太不住在我们楼整天在我们楼下跳广场舞，我
们打电话找学校公寓管理，人家直接推给了学校警察管都不管。
去年搬家到了这个地方，楼上住的是个刚离婚被外科医生前妻扫地出门的白老头，整
天没事儿酗酒耍熊一闹一整夜，后来旁边的楼上有一段住进来了几个不良少年，二半夜
party唱歌，楼上耍熊的老头还打911了告人家，结果911来了能咋地，就说你们进去吧
，别在deck上耍。那群不良货色第二天很礼貌的挨家敲门道歉，当天晚上party继续闹
，公寓管理能咋滴警察能咋滴人家吧，最可笑的是报警的老头居然跟人家一起party去
了，还乐呵呵的告诉人家是他报的警。

and you see that yuuli can't tell "more than that" from "that", so he thinks
what he does is exactly what you put on the list.
this is absolutely right.
yuuli turned to me, but obviously not knowing what is disturbing him, so he
just attacks around aimlessly （没有目标的胡乱研究） instead of using all
his gunfire on the right spot. however he has to find his knot first by
himself. no one can do that for him.
