I'm saving for our guild hall now. As a guild leader, I have the privilege
to visit different kind of 'Halls' before I actually decide which one to have.
The only condition to have a guild hall is that you own a 'celestal sigil',
which you can obtain either by wining in the Hall of Heros, or by purchasing
from some guy or the NPC. The price at the NPC is 80K now.
Acsending is not very attracting to me. What makes it different from
other missions? I'm already lvl |

Besides, it will be fun to hold some internal guild tournaments,

里面好玩的东西挺多，你应该要进来享受享受，哈！
看看哪天基本上大家都在的话，大家从 Hall of warriros, of elementalist,
of blah blah blah里面选一个来做Guild Hall.

发帖数: 436 | 5 对我来说，Guildwars到最后只有两条路:
1. PvP
2. UW and Fissure PvE
因为只有这两样东西有点挑战性。PvP的话,现在我有3个朋友(可惜不在guild里面)
可以组队了，经过磨合后在droknar's forge的team arena胜率还挺高，连胜直到
大家最后有事要走，呵呵。对guild唯一的期望是最后能够壮大，能打8vs8的guild
match。其实guildwars的重点到最后是pvp，有点即使策略+FPS的感觉，很考究对
skills的研究，团队的合作，还有策略的安排，另外不能忽略还有反映能力。
玩PvP需要有较强的心里承受能力，因为毕竟是比赛性质的，需要认识到自己的
build的哪一些不足，根据情况来调整skill的对策，还需要不断的熟悉。
有兴趣的话到最后肯定能掌握的。但是没有兴趣的话，guildwars就只能玩到任务
结束为止了。正因为guildwars的重点放在pvp，它才不可能去改变pve里面的限制，
不能轻易打破大家都承认的平衡。我觉得guildwars在pvp里面的平衡做得很好，
每个职业都各当一面，团队里面由不同职业组合起来 |

Lows /HD 就可以买新门， 新门带所有的hardware 和 guilds. 最好买个insulated门
, 贵个$100刀左右， 将来，车库内要舒服好多。
貌似车库内墙没有装jamb, H型木框，guilds不可以直接装在sheetrock上， 装在jamb
上， jamb需要用southern yellow pine lumber， 普通的white/red pine不够结实。
一般的treated lumber就是southern yellow pine，因为treated 太湿， 可以先装上
， 半年后，干燥后才可以paint。treated lumber有重金属，不要用舌头舔lumber。买
的新门， 应该带详细的安装说明。
安装时。需laser level, ~ $50， 射出水平/垂直的激光线。
1个人 + 1帮手， 一个周末， 就能装上。 |

Merit (CM) (我在加州)， 有的考GUILD， 有的考ABRSM。真是不太知道区别， 我
的问题是:
1。考级的用处 (除了给小朋友动力和成就感，还有什么实际的用处吗)? 升学有用
吗， 还是以后当钢琴老师? 不太清楚为什么这么多中国人的孩子学琴要参加考级?
2。这些考试有什么区别? 假如考级有用的话，不同的考级系统对这些用处有什么
影响?
3。 为什么不同的老师选择不同的考级系统? 钢琴老师很多，不知道应跟谁， 也不
可能试好几个(他们的背景也不同， 有的是国内的音乐学院，但在国外没有求学过
的， 有的好像也没有上过音乐学院但考过多少级的)。有的老师说属于Music Teachers
Association of California, 有的属于National Guild of Piano teachers。不知
道这属于资历证明可以教吗? 还是这些是交membership fee， 就可以加入的? 有的
时候也不好意思问老师太详细。

另外那個應該是piano guild 的exam, 沒什麼人考,因為沒人承認piano guild的
certificate,考生整體水平較低. |
