LD和我只有第一天跟了Chichen Itza的Guided Tour, Gray Line，是出发之前在网站上
定的，网站名可以查看我之前的帖子（走之前发在版上的）--$65/person，早上10点走
，晚上看完了灯光show再回来，有一段Mayaland Hotel的buffet--我们自个儿给安排在
了5点院子关门之后和6点中去抢位置的时候，牺牲了我们的午饭。之后在当地我也稍稍
注意了一下tour的价格，觉得65块钱有些些贵了，不知道是不是因为圣诞节的缘故。个
人觉得如果你在Cancun, Mexico的时间还比较充裕，（不像我们）,应该在当地hotel
agency或者其他的agency多谈谈，我们这个tour，我曾经看见$45的，但没有仔细询问
，不知道具体的安排如何。上面帖子提供的网页，也可以做个价格参考，嘻嘻
有人希望跟团，有人不喜欢，这个真的很难说。我们两个人都比较喜欢自由和deep一点
点的旅行，所以跟团在这个方面很难满足，觉得非常拘束。但是跟团带给我们的好处就
是第一天刚到，我们对当地都不熟悉，也还不习惯买车票啊，找local地点， |

的时候提到的guide number差别很大，B&H和Amazon上说他的guide number是164' at
ISO 100，而他自己的说明书上是GN 50 at 50mm focal length, iso 100.有明白人能
给我解释一下么？我猜想是不是和焦距有些关系？
另外说点昨天见到的趣事，B&H的老中店员言语调戏他旁边的老莫女店员，结果该劳模
回头来一句Did you have shower today? 老中大叔讪笑着说I just took the subway

天仁名茶 在umcp campus紧靠route 1 上。 环境还算不错，
面饭菜式都很简单清淡，主要还是喝bubble tea的地方，适合
晚上大家聊天聚会，排骨饭还不错。 价钱比较便宜吧。推荐 ***
China Cafe在college park downtown，算是umcp的第一中国饭堂吧
ld经常在那里吃三刀多的盒饭，味道就地道american chinese food了，
但架不住便宜，一直生意都挺好的。推荐 *

Step 1. Acquire an Amd Radeon Rx470/480/570/580 for your desktop computer at
reasonable prices. If you can't, Nvidia FeForce GTX 1060 is ok too
Step 2. Install the card, duh, and install the latest drivers if you are

还有一个问题，老想不明白。有几个guide，发表的文章中，发现在细胞a都能产生
indel。我把这几个guide克隆到另外一个慢病毒载体，然后感染同样的细胞系（不排除
细胞可能不一样), 发现有的产生indel以及蛋白表达明显下调了，而有的一点没有动静。 |
