1）我最多可以邀请4个GUest Edition, 但是为了地域分布，扩大印象力，可能有1~3个
名额需要留给欧美人士
所以中文同胞有3~1个。
2）这个Special Issue也欢迎Editor 团队做为一个总体发不大于4篇的论文，比如
review （这是不需要别人来审核的）
3）我们了解同胞有需要审稿的机会，但是我也希望大家能从自己的时间来衡量这个事
情是否有精力来做
我一开始不想接这个事，但是综合考虑觉得对长远发展有好处（虽然我自己的绿卡140
表已经批了，但是对以后出来做事还是有好处，不好意思，人生就是这样，不进则退）
，所以就会利用晚上/周末时间来做这件
事。而且我愿意把这件事情来做成一个必须成功的事情（等后面我发邮件的时候，我也
会做自我介绍，你会看到我是负责任的人）
