有关法律规定，本该在7月30日的制宪大会选举结束后72小时内成立的制宪大会，在推
迟近一天后终于落定。对于这样的推迟，委内瑞拉总统马杜罗2日在制宪大会当选成员
的宣誓仪式上给出解释：确保组织过程“和平、稳定、遵守必要的程序规则”。
眼下，面对反对派组织的街头抗议、制宪大会选举投票人数被“篡改”的猜忌、国际社

说美国内做拒签比例高（36%），一半的要REF,不是太建议。
最初计划去加拿大，一个是需要办加拿大签证，另外暑假期间律师提醒可能TCN没法办
，甚至会取消预约，还有其他的种种原因，最终也决定不去加拿大了，那比较可行的只
有去墨西哥了。
墨西哥最大的问题就是安全，呵呵，特别是边境城市，所有知道的朋友都提醒要特别小
心。
挑来挑去，最后还是决定去Matamoros，虽然也是边境城市，但是网上看到不少人去那
里（感谢前人分享的经验），都成功，顺利回来了，去那个地方也比较好安排，开车去
的话。
好了，说了不少废话，下面说说签证经历吧。
对了，我们也是用的Mr.Salvador Castaneda的服务，住在他的酒店，他人很nice，去
