Amazon同时也做了A-to-z Guarantee Claim ，开始商家说要我提供信息，我将寄来的
包装尺寸给了卖家，随后卖家说要我先取消A-to-z Guarantee Claim它们就可以退款，
我于是先打电话给Amazon客服说可以不要取消，这期间卖家不断发邮件提醒取消A-to-z
Guarantee Claim ，随后又联系Amazon客服说可以先取消，不行7天内可以再申请，随
后取消了Claim并通知卖家，第2天卖家就反悔了说不退钱，同时发现卖家又寄了一个给
我，本以为卖家良心发现，可是当收到时觉得可能被骗，于是打电话个local警察，警
察来了打开发现里面是块石头，警察做了report ,随后联系Amazon ，amazon邮件只是
说明调查， 可是这个王八蛋卖家还不断发邮件来骂人，怎么办 ？ |

按照以往的经验，这种情况，我肯定赢的。直接把tracking回复给amazon。结果今天
