谁也不知道这个treatment的效用，更不知道longitudinal effect，作为一名中国人（
你有着中国人的根），作为一个教授（教书育人传承文明)，你怎么可以选择自己的祖
国开展实验了，中国共产党是个腐败无能的土匪党，即使他们批准了你的实验，那也是
为了利益，但是作为一名有良心的中国人，你怎么没有想到用你自己黄皮肤黑头发的孩
子做实验呢？

了68个小孩。（PubMed）汤的问题是对规则
的漠视，以及受试者的不知情。在这篇paper中，有以下声明：The study recruitment
processes and protocol
were approved by the Institutional Review Board–Tufts
Medical Center in the United States and by the Ethics Review
Committee of Zhejiang Academy of Medical Sciences in China.
Both parents and pupils consented to participate in the study.

基因“黄金大米”的人体试验“违反既定协议和标准”致歉，并表示，今后将防止类似
事情发生。
在发给记者的电子邮件中，克里茨说：“鉴于你一直跟踪报道‘黄金大米’事件，并一
直询问调查结果，而我们目前完成了对这项研究的全面调查报告，我们希望与你分享我
们针对此事将要发布的声明。”
2012年8月，汤光文等在《美国临床营养学杂志》上发表了与“黄金大米”相关的研究
论文。研究人员使用转基因大米对6至8岁的中国儿童进行人体试验，引起公众关注。中
国疾控中心等机构很快发布通报称，此项转基因试验违反相关规定、科研伦理和科研诚
信，中方相关责任人被撤职。
