感谢ORC， haizaikx 参与活动，一行3车，都安全出来，全程5-6个小时。ridgeline，
outback 和 Cherokee XJ 在沙地，泥地和水塘都发挥稳定。在厚沙地上，outback 2.
4 凭借强大trac control，一路没有问题。haizaikx 老兄修车和探水路都很有经验，
大赞一个。
ridgeline 和XJ 后来还探索一些人迹罕至的小路，非常崎岖和窄小，难度渐渐增加，
stock ridgeline 的越野能力基本到limit，后来由于时间和水太深关系折回，不过为
下次活动发掘了新的trail。
很遗憾有些同学最后没能参与，希望下次有机会同去

1月11号，美西北越野活动成功举办，oloolo和dennny分别驾驶两部牧马人好似靓丽的
风景线，在Wenatchee的森
林中穿行。期间既有一望数十英里的广阔谷地，也有幽深的松林；伴随着变换莫测的山
地气候和暴雪，历时7个小时终于走出了雪山。
这次活动地点选在ellensburg和97号公路之间的森林公园里，NF3500转NF3507，期间下
到NF111，折腾了。
从西雅图附近开到ellensburg大约中午12点过，进山的时候天气甚好，如图一，图二所
示。整个谷地尽收眼底。不过地上有冰，旁边又是悬崖，基本是龟爬的节奏。
从NF3500转到3507的时候已经满地是雪了，但是这两条路还是paved，到了NF111就是非
铺装路面，开始给轮胎放气，深入林地了。挂上4H，牧马人handle这些路面基本小菜一

秘的，所以做了些功课，简单说，它们就是一个高级点的cashback website，cashback
额度比免费的网站(如Mrrebate，fatwallet)高，代价就是每个月有$12会员费。究竟值不值，
大家继续往下看：
声明：以下内容完全是整理粘贴了mitbbs和slickdeal的帖子，我自己都没有这两个会
员，若解释有误不要怪俺啊！
这两个program是同家公司的产品，区别是，shopper有购物cash back,CS没有，其他都
一样。这两个program不是直接去网站注册一个会员的那种，最简单的去某网站(如drugstore.com， Tigerdirect)下一单，付完钱后多数会给个连接页面，也就是邀请页
面，有可能是shopper，有可能是complete savings,拿到页面之后，可以cancel你的单
子，很不厚道哈。
两个都是月费$12，主要优势是：

宝宝有gas，偶尔吐奶都很正常。但是我家这只小盆友基本上每次都吐（刚吃完会溢奶
，过一阵子会吐奶花），而且挣气挣扎的很痛苦──在纯母乳全胸喂，latch on很好，
每次拍嗝都至少半个小时的情况下。
昨天晚上比较典型，吃了奶之后，大人就拍嗝，用不同姿势拍，每次都能拍好多气出来
，但一旦换个姿势宝宝还是有气，不停的前后用力扭身子，加上grunting。各种姿势拍
一个小时之后，宝宝趴在大人胸口看上去睡熟了，就把他放进crib。结果大概两三分钟
之后，宝宝就又开始扭，又开始痛苦的哼哼。捞出来再拍几分钟，放进去，过几分钟又
扭。中间要么在大人身上要么在床上吐几口奶花。这样折腾两三次，离上次喂奶有两个
小时左右，他又开始哭着要吃下一轮奶了。
反正基本上宝宝的表现就是，体重在增加，食欲还好，肚子里的气暂时被拍出来之后精
神状况也好，并不哭。但是一换姿势就有新的气堵上，真不知道那个小肚子里怎么会有
那么多气，然后没法睡半个小时不哼哼不扭动的，胀气的时候小脸通红，身子僵硬，表

1。高龄，两年不孕，通过IUI终于在38岁生日后怀上了。
2。唐氏筛选高危1/45，羊穿通过。
3。糖筛第一次fail，第二次通过。
4。35周宝宝头还朝上，我什么都没做，36周做B超，头朝下了。
5。36周B超宝宝近7磅，担心太大不好生。结果39周羊水先破，没有宫缩，于是催产，
可以很早打麻药，超级顺利，生产还不如严重的痛经痛，宝宝7lbs,14oz
6。宝宝出生后排完胎便，只有一次非深绿色的臭臭，然后就3，4天没有动静，第5天看
医生时，在等医生时宝宝拉了很多。之后一个月也总是2，3天拉一次，但不是便秘，没
有痛苦，再大一些就一天1－2次了。
7。宝宝两周左右开始在睡觉时总是象拉臭臭一样使劲发声，觉得是网上说的:Grunting
Baby Syndrome。挺担心的，持续了一个月左右就自然消失了。
8。宝宝有一只眼睛鼻泪管堵塞，总有分泌物，眼角总是红红的，看着很心疼。这种情
况如果一岁还不好，就需要做个小手术。结果宝宝7个月时突然一夜之间两只眼睛都是
干干净净的了。
