我们的Facebook Group终于新鲜出炉了！
暂定名为 San Diego Chinese Young Professionals Networking (SD-CYPN, 或者简
称
CYPN)，具体参考后面解释。

我个人的构想是在不远的将来每个周末组织一次活动，在group页面发布内容并向所有
member发出邀请。活动形式不等，包括上山啊、下海啊、远足啊、血拼啊、去LA大吃特
吃啊，以及浮潜啊、滑翔伞啊等特色活动，不同强度、不同cost、不一而足。活动以
day trip为主，不定期组织一些multi-day规模较大的活动，比如camping, skiing之类
。也希望大家多参与讨论，制定计划。
其实SD的朋友中早有许多私下的group在组织许多有趣的活动，在此我再吼一声：独乐

我住UTC,保险是HealthNet HMO，保险给我指定Encompass Medical Group, primary
care physician是 Tim P Guptch，上网查了这个医生评价很不好。考古发现版上说生
孩子在Scripps 或 Sharp比较好。
1.我可以直接打电话给保险公司要求换group吗？理由怎么说呢？
2.如果换group成功，primary care physician还是有保险公司指定吗？
3.找OB的话，需要primary care physician refer才可以吗？

另外不食言，创建Google Group，方便爸爸妈妈宝宝们多沟通多交流，一起成长。

发帖数: 2284 | 12 昨天早上参加一个本地自行车店赞助的一个group ride（网站上写的14-15mph），跑出
了32miles avg 16.3mph的速度，于是自信心爆棚，寻么有没有更快的group可以加入。
看到网站上有今天下午的一个ride，写的是17-18mph，觉得比自己的上限快，犹豫中看
到一行说明“...expect to be able to maintain at least 16mph to stay with the
group...”，觉得16mph还行啊就去了。
前半程轻松愉快，后半程领头的人发飚，在平路上一直跑出高于19mph的速度。俺眼看
体力不济，但只好死死盯住前面人的屁股，不停地提醒自己“保持和屁股的距离在3米
以内”- 因为一旦跟不上，在这荒郊野地就没戏了。最郁闷的是，因为是双列纵队，我
前排和后排的人竟然一路谈笑风生，而我只剩喘粗气的力气。
最后 1 mile 上坡的时候，出现将要抽筋的迹象，只好降低速度，被领头的人拉下，好
在后面还有人垫底，不算难看。group里最快的人肯定有18+ mph，看来这帮人从来都是按网站上写的速度上限跑。到终点看了一下, 34mi |

(1) "triathletes" and "group ride" don't go together. In general, tri
people don't have enough group riding skills. also, tri bikes are not made
for riding in a group. it's outright dangerous to ride a tri bike in a
peloton (and tri bikes are forbidden from coming to our local group rides)
(2) if you guys were riding double file and holding up traffic for 2 miles,
something was wrong. the first time the car pulled behind, someone in the

Based on her gps record, I would have to say this is a medium-to-fast group
ride, at least for the group that Rese is going to ride. If she rides A
group, you probably should ride C group for now. |

我也有一个建议:
因为参加过另外一个yahoo group, 所以我知道即使是group的成员
也不能看到其他人上传照片的full size (不过yahoo提供的大小差不多能
把人看清楚了, 呵呵), full size只有上传者自己才看得见.
建议大家上传照片的时候不要传太大的,可以处理一下,到100K左右就可以了
大了反正别人也看不到,反而浪费group的空间--
空间好像一共只有30M, 我参加的另一个group, 开始的时候大家纷纷传上自己
高清晰度的digital照片,一张就有1M多,没多会儿quota就满了,搞的moderator
只好挨个儿到各人的目录下去删full size, 呵呵 |

的group interview是一堆人聚在一起分析一个case，然后present，美国的也是这样吗
？还是说是像四大的终面一样，networking，跟staff聊天，吃饭，然后跟manager，

tetrachlorophthaloyl group. I used phthaloyl group to protect amino acid in
my synthesis. Now the deprotection is a problem. Because there is a acylal
gropu in the final product, when I tried to use hydrazine to remove the
phthaloyl group, the acylal was also broken. Some literature said that
tetrachlorophthaloyl group is much milder to be removed. I wonder anyone had
same problem or any experience on that.

Please make sure that you have consideratable understanding in FA especially
systemic subjects. If you have gone over RRP or listened to Goljian audio,
it will be a plus.
We will have the group meeting on Sunday night.I will post the time on Skype
