其他都是五六岁的孩子。上次家长会老师提出我儿子有self stimulating的问题，比如
在circle time时候，注意力不集中，喜欢clapping/banging- make sound；有一些
repetitive behavior，比如喜欢玩门，开关水龙头，还有玩灯的开关; 还有就是gross
/fine motor skills差，比如不太会写字，自己名字都写不好, 什么单腿跳跳不了几步
，或单腿站不了多久，扔球给他他接不住等。老师得出结论：可能由于以上原因，我儿
子现在在academic方面比同龄孩子要差一些。
怎么说呢，我儿子是顽皮，男孩子嘛，就是精力旺盛，但是还是挺听话的，至少在家里
还是挺乖的，什么事情我只要和他讲道理，他一般不会耍赖闹人。老师说circle time
注意力不集中，我觉得一是这么大孩子attention span不可能太长，二是可能是老师讲
得东西他不太明白，所以不专心，老师都讲些这个半球那个半球，这个科学家那个音乐

发帖数: 10908 | 5 我觉得现代心理学还很弱。。。Aspergers 可能有很多亚型，而我怀疑其中一种亚型可
能跟 neuroplasticity 有关。
我的猜测是，如果认为大脑用了 90% 的话，那么 neuroplasticity 就首先需要大脑的
“选择性失忆” 的能力，否则 disk full 了啥程序都只能当机。。。而这个 “选择
性失忆” 能力还必须跟 “记忆力” 平衡，否则进水比出水快还是得 disk full 不是
。。。所以真是平均智商啥也记不住，那倒反而也不会 disk full，反而就可能就不会
是 Aspergers 了。
如果是上面那样的话，可能也能解释为啥三年级以后会又显现一批。。。可能就是小时
候 disk 反正还有空，不需要清磁盘，但是三年级以后慢慢开始 disk full 了。
而这个时间点正好跟我家大娃开始发生计算错误，捅篓子的时间点大致吻合。。。粗心
马工删磁盘时，把有用 code 不小心删掉属于正常，没错删有用的 code 那是见证奇迹
！！！
而这个 gross motor 可能也占硬盘，我家大娃去接力队的那个 quarter，尼玛 GPA 又
低上
一茬。

：Cal. Rev. & Tax. Cd. § 17041，在state level F-1的纳税身份就不是nr，加州是
tax on resident的整个gross income （gross income的 def in accordance with
IRC § 61）。federal level F-1 税务身份5年以下是nr，所以IRS 处理capital gain
没错，是作income not effectively connected with a U.S. business 来tax，但是state level
你的纳税身份不同了，计入Gross income里的。
state level的税表的确有问题，没考虑到这个问题，和1040nr不能衔接，但是不代表不交税，还是老话State Tax code 是most authoritative source，要上court一定是依据tax code判读的。 |

高速发展的公司盈利基本没法用来衡量股价（忽略不计），我们从revenue来看，
Q1+Q2 = 72M 五到六月份volume低的时候的股价大约在 $3.6 ~ $3.8
Q3+Q4 = 140 ~ 150M 现在的股价粗略估计 72/140（150） * $3.6 (3.8) = $7 ~ $7.

考虑到gross margin降低从68%降到58%，加上并购股票稀释带来的短期利差 （这个长
期来看利好，所以暂时忽略不计），需要调整 $7 ~ $7.91 *58/68 = $5.97 ~ 6.74

该说positive cash flow？但cash flow的通常定义就是EBITDA，这对Tesla来说，用
它和用gross profit又差不多。
不说术语了，反正只要Tesla当季赚的钱比花出去的多（不算折旧），就行了。这相当
于gross profit before depreciation in COGS。通常大家说Tesla的positive cache
flow，大概是这个意思吧。
3万5版的盈利能力还不是那么紧急，Tesla还有6-9个月才卖3万5版。而且我相信很少有

1. 父母如果还在美国的，亲自去银行办公证即可。我的父母已经回国的，虽然他们把

2. W7表说明上说可以直接去IRS和IRS指定的代理直接办理，我会去试一试。不知这里

我应该用1040NR，作为“dual status return”， 用1040 作为“dual status
statement”。
在1040NR里面说，如果没有Gross income，就不用填1040NR，直接提供免税条款和免税
数额就行。
我没有Gross Income，在美国2010年得到的钱在5000之内，所以都免税。W2 的第一个
box 是空的。
现在，以我dual status的身份，没有Gross income，是不是就不用填1040NR，那么
1040也就省了？我也没交税，也不期望白拿钱（即使填表也拿不到一分钱）。
我现在在国内，邮信件不方便，我这种情况，是不是可以2010年不报税呀？如果不报，
以后会有什么麻烦？
真的不想弄这些都填0的表格。了解的麻烦说一下，谢谢了先！ |

看p590第68页的解释是:You claim the loss as a miscellaneous itemized
deduction, subject to the 2%-of-adjusted-gross-income limit that applies to
certain miscellaneous itemized deductions on Schedule A, Form 1040.
不知道怎么理解这句话?
理解1) 如果我的gross income 是100k, 那我claim loss不能超过2k;
理解2) 如果我的gross income 是100k, 那我只能在损失超过2k的部分才能算作loss;
比如我loss 3k, 那我只能claim 1k loss.
求教哪种理解才是正确的呢?

再一问，看精华区说，作为RA，我申请treaty了，应该把所有东西寄到1040NR寄的地址，而不是1040寄的地址。
因为精华区很老了，所以我想问问这种说法对么？
我现在是resident alien for tax purpose，填的 1040表， 却得寄到1040NR的地址，right？

1）我的W2表与1042-S表收入不太一致，W2表总收入跟我的一致，但是1042-S少量3500
左右，且incomde code为18 compensation for teaching; 这个正常吗？
2）填写1040NR-EZ，是不是只要第6行 total income exempt填写实际收入外，其他很
多都是0，包括3,4,5，及第10行，还有第7行都是0吧？5为0因为没有fellowship；
3）如果1040NR-EZ的第10行为0，那么州税表540NR的第13行，Enter federal adjusted
gross income 该填写说明呢？提示是1040NR-EZ的第10行，难道也是0吗？前面第12行
已经有W2 的wages了，13行到底该填写什么？难道是federal adjusted gross income
，怎么计算出来的？是1042-S中的第二行数字（gross income）吗？

New Jersey Gross Income Tax
Full-year residents who are single or married filing separate return must
file a NJ tax return if their gross income is more than $10,000.
Full-year residents who are married and filing a joint return, head of
household or qualifying widow or widower must file a NJ tax return if their
gross income is more than $20,000.
我LD去年webfile的NJ WEB 1040就是taxable income 是$ 980.00，tax自动等于0，
（虽然 NJ tax table INCOME 950-1,000 对应的tax是$14 )
webfile是NJ税务局链接过去的网站，应该不会算错的。

2010年的时候，拿得fellowship，被witheld了1000多刀。file了return，因为当时刚
来没有SSN，同时还申了Tax identification number. 但是一直没有拿到return. 也没
有收到TIN.
最近才知道可以打到IRS phone rep. 问了2010年的return.说压根没有我2010年的记录
，等于就没file. 也没有保留2010年return的copies. 模糊记得当时弄了 1040NR-EZ,
8843， W-7
现在打算重新 file 2010年的。 找学校又要了2010年的1042s, 上面写的是2010年的住
址，并且没有SSN。就跟当年收到得一样。学校不给开amended copy, 就是不给改地址
和加上我的SSN. 说叫我自己把SSN 手写加上去。。。
问题：
1.
现在我再file a late tax return, 是不是只用1040NR-EZ 和8843？
1040NR-EZ 写我current的地址，和1042s 上不一样，有没有关系？

发帖数: 99 | 49 经过这几天的研究，基本搞懂了怎么填1040表，大大的回复真是太有用了。但是还有一
个问题想请教。
就是在往1040 Line7填总收入的时候，因为我还在免税时期里，W2表的box1是空白的，
只有box5里有medicare wage，大概3万多，还有box6 的medicare tax withhold。另外
我还有1042s表 box2 gross income，也是3万多，但是比medicare wage要少一些。看
其他人的介绍说这种情况（有免税的收入）要把我的收入也添进1040 Line7，然后在
line 21填上我收入的负数。这个时候应该填的是1042s上的gross income，还是W2表上
的medicare wage？我搞不清楚那个才算是我的收入了。为什么medicare wage会比042s
表 box2 gross income要高呢，而且那个差值比我交的medicare tax withhold要多不
少。

通知作为resident for tax purpose，开始缴纳medicare。老婆一直缴联邦，州税，
social security tax 和medicare。前两年作为non-resident，分开报税，用1040NR－
EZ表。看过版上前辈留下的宝贵经验，好像第三年可以联合报税
了，可以帮老婆申请退回一部分的税。
经过几天在版上的学习和前辈们的大力帮助，基本搞懂了怎么填1040表，但是还有一个
问题不明白。
