转眼一年的intern就要结束了，对于病理从0开始，总算是有了初步的认识。写下来跟
大家分享一下。
我是个铁杆病理，当初申请只申请了这个，最主要原因是看中了不要值夜班，工作时间
相对短，事实证明我是对的也是错的。病理工作时间虽然没有内科长，体现在不用那么
早到，在surgical path我的工作时间平均是早8点到晚7点，偶尔到9点。但是需要大量
阅读，不象内科工作可以学到大部分东西，病理大部分的东西是从书本获得的，自己经
手的case实际非常有限。所以每天保证一定时间的阅读非常重要。
那么作为intern你应该做些什么呢？每个program 的schedule都会不同，但大同小异，
我拣主要的说。
Surgical path
Cover frozen之前，把OR的schedule打印出来看一下，估摸哪些手术会送冰冻，最早的
时候我甚至把可疑的case病史都查一遍copy到word里打印个大概。这样你去取冰冻的时
候就知道外科医生大概要看的是什么。后来我觉得这个有点费时，就不看病史了。因为

math.
Gross profits at now + time t are current revenue * growth ^ t * gross
margin where gross margin is ((revenue - cost of goods sold) / revenue)
Generally it's much better for startups to devote resources to increasing
growth as the exponent base than reducing cost of goods sold which merely
multiplies the effects of the exponentation with a limit somewhere below a
100% gross margin.

基本工资(Basic Salary) +补贴 (Allowence)+奖金（Performance Bonus）
大部分新加坡土鳖公司会“严格”按照MOM （人力资源部）的最低标准和你签合同，所
以入职以前一定要把Gross Salary谈清楚；正常情况是一年可以拿13个月工资，外加一
个月工资作为performance bonus （年度绩效奖金）。
新加坡大都只做一年一次的绩效考核，只要表现不是太烂，或者行业太低迷，这一个月
的工资大都可以拿到手。
另外完成年度绩效考核后，公司一般会根据当年收益进行工资调整，入职时被HR砍得遍
体鳞伤的，年度工资涨幅就多些，那些一咬牙50%薪水涨幅进公司的，HR一般鸟都不鸟
你... 所以在新加坡这种Full Employment的社会里，过个一两年跳槽的数不胜数，而
且时间都不约而同的发生在年底和公司的Financial Year Audit之后（一般每年3至5月
）。因为到了年底，公司一般会发年末双薪，而过了年度绩效考核，公司一般会发绩效

发帖数: 3417 | 47 我觉得Gross margin对tech company没用。很多正在亏钱的公司gross margin也50％以上。还是要看最终年末实实在在赚了多少钱。一般来说软件公司的gross margin都很高，即便最后算下来是亏的。很多看上去也不是很火爆的软件公司gross margin 80％都是正常的.
NVDA gross margin也没你说的那么可观。FY11 39.8%, FY10 35.4%， 毕竟是芯片公司, directly related to sales的cost相对还是比较高的.

要是看net, FY10还是亏的。FY11是3.5B的revenue, 赚了250M, net profit margin是7％左右。 |
