If you have receipts and got the gift cards in hand, the grocery store
should be responsible since their gift card got fraud before selling to you.
Another way is trying to contact Target ASAP and let them void the
activated card and remail you the new card. That should work. You can tell
them you only have the activation code and receipt. The gift card code is

然后grcoery店联系了target，target收到信息后给我重新寄了200的GC
