也要挣脱开,后
来我们就听从大家的散养了,同时也买了gripe water,gripe water喝了大概2周了,现在
孩子满月
了,可是睡眠还是没有改善,而且越来越厉害 :(
每天半夜12点肯定闹,哭的昏天黑地的,大热的天,就非要你抱着,光抱着还不行,还要你
晃,有的时候还不
行,还是哭,就是不肯睡,放在crib里就嚎啕大哭,是不喘气那种哭.一问别人家都睡自己
小床,昨天就像
训练一下,结果就是不乐意,放到大床上和我们睡也不干了,他爸爸没有办法,大热的天抱
在怀里睡了,估
计也是闹累了,闹了大概1小时.
我们发现他睡觉不踏实,就是那种惊憟,把他放到怀里也好,放到床上也好,短了每隔15分
钟自己双手一颤
抖就把自己弄醒了,然后就哭,长了也就20分钟,在怀里或者大床上,我都是把手按住他的
手或者胳膊才
行,否则自己也会把自己弄醒.
我们真的是精疲力竭,天使宝宝不敢奢望,可是现在要成了恶魔宝宝了.4个大人都搞不定
的.
我问过其他人,别人的宝宝没有这么样,多数都是自己醒了,拍两下就又睡了,或者自己就
能 |

不过一般他醒过来挣扎一会都会听到gas,
所以我判断是gas问题，
给喂gripe water之后好多了。

大概因为停了gripe water 3个星期，
宝宝的gas问题还没有好，所以今天又给吃gripe water了。。
恩，每个宝宝都不一样，用心观察应该能观察出点矛头的 |

和我们家当时情况一样，我觉得那个prevacid的用处有限，没有gripe water来的快。

根据我家的情况，如果很困或者睡着了趴下程tummy状，那就是不舒服，不是故意向
tummy的。
mylicon对我们用处有限，还是gripe water好用。宝宝可能不喜欢喝，会哭，灌进去肚
子里会
咕噜咕噜响，宝宝可能会呛住，可能感觉满脸通红快背过气了（这都是我们家出现的情
况），灌完
以后抱起来狂拍，一定可以拍出很大很大的嗝，有时候还会吐粘粘的痰一样的东西。甚
至有时候你
灌进去宝宝就开始往外涌奶狂吐，但是在我家，不管他是吐还是涌，之后都会舒服很多
很多，会乖
乖吃饭，好好睡觉～～最搞的时候边涌奶出来边笑。。。我崩溃了～
吃。

娃这么小哭都是有原因的，妈妈不要怪娃啊！看你写的娃像是是胀气。我家娃从第四周起就胀气严重，出
了月子就每天半夜从半夜2点大哭到5点，怎么都安抚不了，只能全家轮流竖着抱，这样
连续哭了三周…… 我们一开始听儿医的给喂了mylicon，但是效果不大，后来我给喂了
gripe water,就突然好了，不知道是gripe water 起作用了还是娃就自己长大了就好了。
你可以试试让娃tummy,我家娃tummy的时候比较容易出嗝，放屁，这样会缓解gas的问题
。但娃容易吐奶的话，最好喂完奶半小时以上再tummy.
gas严重娃肠胃不舒服的话，平躺他会更不舒服，所以你们一把娃放下，他就会哭的更
厉害。竖着抱或者侧躺都有助于缓解。
母乳的话，妈妈忌口吧，不要吃那些容易产气的东西，譬如奶制品 |

如果娃小，可以试试gripe water，美国传统中草药治疗气宝宝尤其是colic娃的。可能
Postcolic娃容易产气。如果上了辅食的，试试上面那个燕麦胡？我也是刚试验，不知
道有没有效果呢。据说效果很好。本来也不想用益生菌的。colic的时候都忍着没用
gripe water,就是希望娃自己能够被迫赶紧提高夜里的消化酶水平。现在都1岁了，心
想我们小时候也没少吃酵母片不是？就别太较劲了--咱娃就是弱，发展慢嘛：（ |

气但拍不出来，我们有段时间每瓶奶里面都给了Mylicon，确实很有用。Mylicon是只是
gas agent，不会被吸收的。
我家宝宝小时候还用过几个月gripe water。帮助肠子蠕动。
我没觉得有什么副作用。宝宝大一些就不用了。
如果你觉得宝宝很难受，就想办法让宝宝不要那么难受。多揉揉宝宝小肚子，帮宝宝做
自行车运动，会好一些。如果还不行，试试mylicon或gripe water。这些东西在美国家
庭用的很普遍的。 |

宝宝刚四个月，母乳胸喂，以前有严重的胀气，吃probiotics和纠正milk-oversupply
后不再二十四小时放屁了，舌苔也干净了。但他仍是总在吃奶后两小时准时哭，通常都
是玩得好好的，或者睡得好好的，一到两小时，突然就大哭起来，有时放一两个屁，有
时似乎就是肚子痛。如果马上给他2ml gripe water,十五分钟内他就好了。其它办法都
不管用，他能哭到嗓子哑。如果喂奶他也能停下来，但他只吃一点儿，而且两个钟头内
一定又闹。
如果我半夜3点喂了他奶，5点钟左右他一定醒来哭，要是喂gripe water他就能一觉到
早上7点。
这是啥问题啊 ? |

另外不要迟疑，马上看医生，拿好处方药，如果gripe water不见效就上zantac。这个
千万别等，否则孩子遭罪，不长肉，大人跟着煎熬。我娃一直到7个月才好，都吃着药

小孩好像每隔一段时间长肚子，，，就不舒服，很可怜。
我娃一长肚子，，就那么几天，不好好吃奶，，肚子不舒服，可怜的
我就上了HAPPY TIMMY，热着肚子喂热奶，娃好像肚子就不响了，喝舒服迷糊的时候再
换了2号奶嘴，，奶就能喝完，，又不要要喂1个小时以上，，还厌奶，，伤不起。

24天小娃，从出生开始到现在一天crib都不睡。
从一开始就swaddle到现在，卧室都是不透光的窗帘，说话都要耳语。每次都检查是不

开始的前2周sleeper还有用，后来就慢慢不管用了。先后试了snuggle nest(headboard

几周前他爸偶尔发现侧睡管用，现在晚上不睡sleeper了，侧睡大人又必须看着，但是

我得到的答案是喂gripe water, 你可以搜我前几天发的帖子。还可选择gas release
drop及益生菌probiotic，益生菌不会产生依赖
我个人经验是gripe water对疼痛立刻就有效果，舒缓肠胃但治标不治本；益生菌有长
期作用，吃后baby每天肠绞痛次数慢慢减少；gas release drop我买了没用，作用是把
小泡泡变成大泡泡排出来，我娃现在已经是大嗝了所以没用
肠绞痛不光是排气问题，主要是植物神经发育不完全造成的
