say "done".. so the belayer can take in slack. |

长期寻找搭档爬yosemite/joshua tree/sierras
女生，攀岩两年半，住在南加。基本每周末野外攀岩，喜欢multipitch。有兴趣结识不
同的人一起攀岩。对攀岩安全非常在意，所以会比较倾向于一开始结伴做比较简单的攀
岩大家熟悉对方的习惯。我对用ATC和grigri都非常熟悉。
攀岩类型的话，运动，抱石和传统都有。运动（先锋5.11 a/b，可以follow到11d，还
没是试过12a) 和抱石 (V3/4/5) 时间最久；传统刚开始不到半年，领攀过yosemite 路
线 royal arches上的5.7，tahquitz上angel's fright的三个pitch(5.6/5.7
variation start 和 最顶上的5.6 finger crack variation）；先锋过joshuatree的5
.7; tuolomne的cathedral peak；mammoth canyon lodge的一个5.8路线。还有一些其

loop. This looks low angle, so you may be able to slide up and down the face
without too much problem. Otherwise, use prussic/jumar with slings/aiders.

首先我不是justify国内的这些事故。NO！我一直认为国内玩这些的应该更注意点安全
。我确实回国内玩（就sports），觉得相对这儿，大家随意了点。还有看很多事故报告
，觉得很多地方可以做的更好点。
但有一点是，你永远不要站在你自己的角度想当然的觉得别人应该怎么怎么地。站在你
的角度上认为理所当然的东西，站在另一个角度另一个情况不一定成立。solid 5.10的
人爬5.6，run out很普遍吧？商业Guide带客户爬简单的，in sneakers, super run
out，让very
beginner belay with grigri我也见多了。Rumney爬到一定grade以上，没人带头盔。
Alpine on easy ground，你不run out或者不simul，那你就冒得是爬不完stuck在山上
或者天黑descent的风险。big wall那些pendulum/traverse pitch，你不no pro until
level
