开始遇到对自己得病的事实需要去接受的挑战。
翻阅住院笔记，看到另外一个版本的“stages of grief”，感觉更贴切一些。分享如
下：
1. shock and numbness
2. denial
3 & 4. bargaining/guilty (if only ..., then ...)
5. sadness/mourning
6. anger
7. acceptance/peace
需要接受自己发病的事实、接受自己需要长期服药。

哀伤
因为越来越多的心理学研究表明重大丧失significant loss之后出现的grief尽管貌似
depression的症状，其实和depression是不一样的机制。心理治疗只对一小部分日常功
能严重受损的哀伤人士有帮助，但大部分人是不需要的，可以经过自己一段时间的调节
，恢复
常态。如果一年以上还有相关的症状，严重影响生活（这有具体的标准，最新DSM-V诊
断手册对于这个诊断仍有保留，长达三四页，正常与异常确实是相对的），心理咨询师
、治疗师可能会考虑给这个诊断。需要的情况下，也会转介到精神医生那边开抗抑郁药
物改善症状（抗抑郁药物确实有巨大的market，滥用是another story），药物治标不
治本是公认的，想有根本的改变还是需要结合对症的心理治疗，比如一个咨询师没有用
，不能否定全体专业人士，可以换换其他的。及时求助是好的。
每个人的哀伤都是a private journey, 很难说一个人走过的经验可迁移适用于其他人

猜想：中国政府年年给退休人员涨那么多工资，然而人民币相对美元没有贬值说明了一
个问题：就是人民币大概真值那么多钱。美国才是越来越虚胖。
第二：美国夫妻两个工作4口之家假设年入25万美元。扣除各项消费，大概总的省下来
的大概也就10万美元（含401K存入的，mortgage principle， 和存款）。而中国父母
辈工作不错的退休工资大概能达到2000美元每月。因为国内医疗基本不花钱，再加上房
子付清，所以大概两个老人一年能剩下2万美元。考虑的中国的人力成本，还有物价，
能做很多很多事情。而美国夫妇两个扣除401和mortgage， 基本也就3-4万美元。购买
力基本没有，也就几年换一辆车。。
所以，北京，上海，和中国其他发达地区的生活不错人士，其实很多，已经可以至少平
视北美wsn。北美高智商人士基本属于失去了10-20年。
为什么会这样？我认为根本原因还是北美工程师自己没有产出。虽然写了不少程序，设
计了不少东西，但是都是纸面上的，绝大多数都最后垃圾了。而国内就算一个小厂，一

「…..存心忍耐，奔……」是一件非常困难的事情。 「奔」的时候，常是缺
乏「忍耐」的时候；因为「奔」的时候，常是急急想达到目的的时候。我们平常说起「

每个人的生活的都会经历一些无可避免的伤痛，遭到突如其来的不幸打击、或者痛失所

Lee Thompson Young, an actor seen currently on TNT’s “Rizzoli & Isles,”
was found dead Monday, reportedly of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

当她开始问这些问题说明她已经作好准备接受真实的答案了，一味敷衍不是好办法。我
觉得你可以慢慢跟她解释死亡这件事，现在她可能还不能完全理解，但是她总会知道真
相，而这个真相最好来自你。
不要试图淡化爸爸的形象，让孩子接受没有爸爸的常态。你可能觉得这是在保护她的情
绪不受伤害，其实是在剥夺她缅怀生命中最重要的人的权利。心理学来讲，人尤其是儿
童，在失去亲人的时候非常需要grief period,这是正常的心理恢复的过程，是非常非
常重要的，只有在经历了过了这段时期，才能真正的从伤痛中走出来。人为的敷衍，否
定，阻止儿童用自己的方式grief，其实是对他们更大的伤害。
与其避而不谈爸爸，你倒是可以多和她分享关于他生前的点滴，让她了解这个人，他们
以前怎样相处。然后告诉她爸爸去世了你有多难过，如果她也很难过，可以哭，或者用
自己的方式纪念他。总之鼓励她发泄伤感的情绪，如果她觉得自己可怜，这都很正常。
过了这段时间孩子会慢慢走出来从而变得更坚强。 |
