今天我们面试了八个人。说实话，如果可能，我愿意给所有的人on-site 机会，都很好
，当然，好也有高下。所以我们只能从细节上挑，有个男生什么也好，就是太紧张了，
说话的时候总是眨眼，显得有点怪，我坚持留下他，可是头儿有些犹豫，他担心it's
permanent.明天看他的决定了。再次提醒大家，most firms have greeter for campus
interviews. Try to arrive 至少提前十分钟以显示你的诚意。不要忽视greeter. 你
和greeter的small talk 可能决定你的去留。事实是如果greeter觉得你很好，你基本

发帖数: 23 | 12 上星期on-campus面试，感觉还不错。因为他们只面了四个人，出来以后我问在外面的
greeter，他说应该过了周末就有结果了。结果周末也没结果，想着莫非又被默据了……
后来就发信去问了一下。今天面试官回信了，说他今天还要去别的学校on-campus，然
后才能决定让哪些人去onsite。还说如果我时间比较紧话，可以先告诉他，他会另做安
排。
其实我时间一点也不紧，除了这个，其它面试基本也被据了，不存在马上等回音的问题
。而且这个是非常喜欢的公司，职务感觉和我的背景也很match，非常想去。
只是这样的话，我该如何回复这封信呢？有什么需要特别注意或者提出来的吗？先谢谢
大家了，第一次找工作，真是太不容易了，从这个版上得到了很多鼓励和慰藉。 |

来我跟
HR聊天的时候说我跟interviewer聊太多，让我的greeter等太久感觉不好意思。结果旁
边一个partner（她从头到尾一直在）问我是不是因为我迟到了。我说是。
唉，那天真的是喝红牛喝多了。不知道脑子怎么转的，净说些丢分的话。去吃完饭回来
我还说我不记得饭店的名字了！！！！
这是我唯一一个拿到二面的。平时感觉自己也没那么差。但是面试的时候竟然这样。我
真的是对我自己很失望，周五和周六晚上基本上没睡着，心里挖心般的难受。不能控制
地回放面试的镜头。同时也在分析自己的缺点，定下努力改进的计划。
其实我跟那两个interview聊得还可以。就是不知道HR这块，还有那个一直跟HR在一起
的partner会起什么样的作用。
唉，我真不会抓住机会，又白白浪费了一个！

mm聊天, 比较容易一点. 不会说话就聊天气, 聊对方本科学的啥, 活着微笑.
穿西装的裤子, 衬衫, 不用外套就是了, 怕冷穿个羊毛衫. 四大的staff都很年轻, 穿
着时髦, 所以你最好也时髦一些, 太朴素会让第一印象打折. 皮鞋要光面的那种.
可能会有酒精饮料, 表喝, 但是要端一杯水融入大家. |
