If you do care about money and not able to make as much as people you know,
then you need to find some new friends.
BTW, money is not the problem, without money, people would be envy about sea
shells, food, cloths, etc. Greed can hurt, but it is also the force drive
human being to do more and create more things. You use your greed to help
motivate you, don't let greed control you. |

发帖数: 5901 | 45 你这个fsbo就是greed的假设非常的偏激。我们这里有的房子本来fsbo，没卖出去。后来找agent卖，要价在以前fsbo基础上加了几个百分点，基本正好covercommission。这个情况我看到好几例。这就说明了卖方并不是greed。他有一个底线。因为有这个底线，他在没有commission的情况下能够接受让利。我不是什么“know how one”，只是做一些简单的数学。你再know how也不能强卖对吧。没有commission我就是可以接受一个更低的offer，这样就是更容易成交。 |
