发帖数: 1089 | 1 车子拐弯时有吱吱嘎嘎的声音，去年夏天出现过，冬天便消失了；现在这声音又回来。
喷了WD40到steering column各个能够得到的地方没用，随便抹了些grease到各个ball
joints附近也没用。自己找不出问题来，但有一定的动手经验，如果确定哪个部件有问
题肯定能换得了的。
如果直接去车铺检查，查完就说太贵把车开走，是不是太WS了？车铺charge检查费的话
，是不算会提前说明？
这问题实在有点WS。人穷志短，脸皮不够厚，所以一直拖着没修，总不是个办法。

只有boat 不能放油才不得不用pump.

那个黑色塑料盖子直接拔下就好。
主要的困难还是后面3个，你自己先用工具比划一下好不好够着，确定能弄才动手，应
该是能够到，不至于像Taurus 24V的还得拆进气。没必要买什么手册，火花塞很简单。
买对火花塞，原厂Acdelco最好。
检查GAP，如果需要调要小心，不要伤到火花塞。
要买火花塞的socket。
装新火花塞螺纹上要涂上anti-size
wire set的boots上要涂di electric grease.
拧新火花塞的时候不要太紧，具体torque不记得了，好像10多ft/lb |

看来diy的效益普遍不是短期的。
part店牌子的atf靠谱吗？walmart买motorcraft好像4$/qt，amazon买的全合成9-10$/
qt。初步打算买motorcraft，各位觉得呢？
对付ball joint响我弄了个打润滑油的针头，响的ball joint橡皮肯定破了，也不在乎
我给它打一针。我觉得效果还行，你可以试试。当然，比不上有grease fitting的ball

一个很重要的部件，涉及到safety，但是diy又很麻烦，下不去手～～
我的车刚买回来时候，到dealer那里查一个东西，结果他们告诉我一个lower ball joi
nt坏了，另外一侧有一个也不太好了，换得话大概1k多，我去外面问了问，也要近1k。
你所说的几十刀就解决，恐怕不太容易。
反正后来我想自己弄了，结果最最费力的是没有办法取下了，虽然租了很多工具。最后
还是找了个mechanic搞定（不是他的车，下手狠，直接上大锤子：0）。但是最后还是把
我的两侧的cv boot给弄坏了，他说给修，后来就再也不接我电话。最后又花了几百刀搞
定的。
前前后后也花了近1k了，还不如一开始就找人做了～～～

车子本身的每个轮子已经是
old outer shim + old inner shim + old brake pad <---> disk(rotor) <--> old
brake pad + old inner shim + old outer shim。
根据网上研究，inner shim 是有上面有缝隙的，outer shim是没有缝隙的。
既然这个贴片是shim，那么装了以后是：
old outer shim + old inner shim + new shim+ new brake pad <---> disk(rotor)
<--> new brake pad + new shim + old inner shim + old outer shim。
每个brake pad 有三个 pad shim，这样对吗？
另外，新买来的brake pad with cover, 如上图所示，有一段说明如下：

发帖数: 503 | 13 我第一次换油时被告知这玩意要换，连工带料270。古狗一下parts少于50（仅前面，后面没有），生手10分钟。
其实多数转弯或路不平吱吱响是要换sway bar link bushings，aftermarket urethane
bushings要加silicone grease，OEM的不用。 |

原因是他们追求时间，不计效果，给加多了的情况很多，或者没拧紧，没上盖。
不过如果你自己懂，加完了多看看检查一下也可以。不过如果那样，还不如自己加，油

最后用上了超级vice grip，终于把这个pin从bushing里面弄出来了
还算幸运，可以把bracket 卸下来，要是在车底下就没有那么容易卸了。
在autozone买了2个pin,10块多，装上去一看，比原来的bushing小一点点。
只能往里面多摸点grease，反正也是老车了，不准备多花钱了。
晚上上几张照片。

昨天第一次用torch, already heat the house where the pin get stuck
don't heat the pin itself

of lubricants are designed for different applications. For your case, Engine
Oil is not a good choice because that it is hard to keep the Engine Oil in
the bearing of your furnace.

worn out. Try to use wd40 to lubricate them to see if the problem goes away.
This is usually the most common source of your squeaking noise and the
cheapest one to fix.

楼上说的对，换boot的labor和换轴的一样。不过我舍不得原装的轴，于是还是换了
boot。这个东西你早晚要换的。开起来后，里面的grease变热都要甩出来，早晚弄没了
，你的轴也就拉到了。要换趁早 |

得到很多版牛的指点帮助，感激不尽，写点回馈，给菜鸟们看看。菜鸟不要相信Haynes,
youtube的简单。换一根有经验后再换一根很快的。我换2根所以DIY了；换一边的自己考
虑车铺吧；不过成对换好。
看manual，video，帖子；想象几遍，此时有虚拟经验了。记录要买的parts, 工具，
买全它，省得把车凉那，借朋友车子来回捣十来次。
拧松轮子的nut半圈，拧不动可用jack快速撑起wrench的另一头。
支车：虽然我用一根粗的allen wrench转，加快了车子自带scissor jack速度，还是
比液压慢很多。到walmart买个$22的吧，注意手刹是好的并且拉满，block住轮子，因为
车子稍微移动就会令jack扭曲并遭破坏；小命搞没就不多说了。
撑车
impact wrench卸轮子，很爽。掰不下轮子就使劲踢两脚。别去吹blake，有毒。
狂喷kroil，pbblaster之类，被网上鄙视成shit的w40，liquid wrench我没用。
干点其他，收拾工具啥的。
