知道信誉怎么样？建筑商说如果和他们sign的这家close会便宜很多，自己去外面找
title公司会贵很多。
有点担心，请教！
另外有HOA的home owner保险大家每月或每年一般付多少比较合理?面积2000ft以下。 |

Graystone应该是Gracy title和milestone合办的, Gracy算是本地很大的title公司
德州的title insurance premium是法律规定的, 同样价钱的房子所有title公司的
title insurance价钱都是一样的
不同的title公司在其他项目上的收费会有差别, 不过一般不会差很多 |
