发帖数: 261 | 6 带着远道而来得朋友去New Orleans看Mardi Gras,
parade真得很精彩，各种花车色彩鲜艳、造型别致，
很有味道。开始我们还要beads,到后来脖子上已经
挂了无数的各种各样的beads,目标转向毛绒玩具和
塑料玩具。可能因为今天是Fat Tuesday而且是最后
一天的parade,花车上的人显得特别大方，几乎每辆
车都扔玩具，有的干脆把所有存货统统扔了下来。站
在前排的许多人手上都要到好几个大的玩具，我们当
然也没有空手而归，前前后后也要到差不多十个玩具。
parade还是相当的精彩，大大出乎我们的预料。
晚上的bourbon street, 更加疯狂。beads飞来飞去，
当然，show something的是少数，不过我们还是看到
不少。有幸用DC拍了几组movie,虽然效果不是很好，
可以见证当时的疯狂。
如果你没有来过New Orleans看过Mardi Gras,还是有
必要来看一看，最好不要错过Mardi Gras当天（Fat
Tuesday）的parade,强烈推荐！！！ |

Mardi Gras的介绍，说那时间趴车很麻烦。旅店在Frech Quarter那里实在是太贵了，
想住在外面。诸位生活在New Orleans的同学有什么好办法？曾经经历过Mardi Gras的

Detroit, Michigan. Wayne State University is classified as a Doctoral/
Research Universities—Extensive institution by the Carnegie Foundation, the
same classification as the University of Michigan and Michigan State

元. 现在8月份税前工资涨成了1287.08美元,但是税后到手工资只有1118.63美元了,比

没去看过。要说是人多站的太累吧，元旦的焰火人也不少，站的脚酸
腿疼，还看了两次。
Mardi gras 就象一个报时间的小鸟，每年都有跳出来叫一陈，告诉
我，又一年了，明年要不要去看呢？和谁去呢？ |

Day. It was to be a one off event. The marchers clashed
