悉了。会议有IEEE VR, ACM VRST. EG VAST.等等。
下面说一说Visualization这个方向吧。这个方向最好的会议是就每年的Visualizatio
n (VIS).当然，如果有好的文章，也可以投到SIGGRAPH.早期的一些Visualization经典
文章比如Marching Cubes都是在SIGGRAPH上发表的。当然那时候还没有Visualization这
个会议。1990年才开始第一届VIS会议。现在录取率一般在三分之一。2005年是 88/268
。这里还有相关的两个会议Symposium on Volume Visualization and Graphics (VolV
is)和Symposium on Parallel and Large-Data Visualization and Graphics (PVG)。
原来都是每两年一次。交替和Vis一同举行。但是从2005年开始都并入Vis会议了。Vis每
年会选一些文章进入一期IEEE |

language model:应该是一个应用。
bayesian network: 只是GM的一种，基于变量之间的条件概率
HMM：也可以看成是graphic model的一种，是一种树形的Bayes net
N-gram:就是N阶的Markov chain.其实也可以看成非树形的Bayes net。
Markov Model: 是undirected graphical model的一种。
一个变量的概率分布只取决于其neighbors的取值。

，很多方法直接往上一套就可以搞个kernel的版本, 能不能work还是要看kernel本身设
计的怎么样，但这又变成domain expertise了。如果非要选一个，我觉得graphical
models更靠谱, 理论比较系统，可以概括很多有用的特殊情况。不过graphical model
只能勉强跟CS扯上关系，说是统计更恰当一点。 |

大部分Graphics的书开头都讲Pipeline，Red Book，cg turoial，real-time
rendering。
红宝开头最简单的OpenGL程序可以学写一下，四天足够了。
叫computer grapihcs的书太多了，经典的是Computer Graphics: Principles and
Practice in C，但是现有版本非常老，你要学GPU看这书没用处。 |

刚拿到google的offer，面试比较走运，没有team match就签了offer，HR说给我慢慢

我看望上说这种叫puros的东西其实是别人donate的牙齿后弄成得粉。我从来没听说过
这些名词。请问有没有内行的同胞懂得bone graphic的？做这个surgery有没有危险？
