没有defect就没有D峰. 但有的文献又说D是crystalline的峰. 这是怎么回事呢?

如果是碳管的话。管越长,D的比例就越低,因为D在两端,这也是评价CNT质量的一个
方法。
据说2D的位置和宽度可以反映graphene有多少层。。。 |
