，政策上是允许的。可是我不知道会不会有什么不良影响，比如老板暴跳如雷地报复我
，后者没有人愿意接受我，或者我将会失去这个grant。
有没有谁比较了解行情的解答一下啊？ |

。其中有一条要求偶重新申请时有独立的位置(independent position)。偶所知道的很
多以前拿到这grant的人都没有独立位置。为什么他们偏偏要我有呢？郁闷中!
是不是因为偶的proposal有一些别人(同实验室)的结果和他们的名字？加上偶只有一篇
第一作者文章(2007年的)？偶已在Rebuttal中说明偶同时在做两个独立课题，最近有两
篇文章在review中。但不知道是否应该在revised proposal中尽量remove别人的结果和
他们的名字。跟老板讨论，老板说这个结果很重要，应该保留。大家认为我应该在
proposal 和rebuttal 尽量中不提别人(包括老板)的名字吗？这样做老板可能会不高兴
，不知道有没有必要？怎样才能说服老板？PS.这个结果和别人的名字已经在the
manuscript that will be attached to the application as a supplement document

无完肤。两个月后投到a federal agency，拿回来66万，评价也很高。另外这种

发帖数: 28562 | 36 根据我听来的说法，在现在这个局面下，钱是最重要的，假如你有两个M
的话，即使你的文章不多，系里也会希望把你留下来，因为没有人会跟钱
过不去。我要去的地方也是个一般大学，将来的系里的资深老师都这么说的，
就说是钱是第一位的，必须拿到两个major grant才能通过天牛。
至于文章嘛，JBC水平的有那么4~5篇就够评天牛了。
当然，如果你牛到可以发两三篇Nature, Science 的水平的话，只要有一个major
grant 也行。
例外的是有些特别牛的大学，除了钱之外，还会看文章，但是在二三流大学里面，
文章其实反而不是那么看重，有那么几篇（至少平均一年有一篇中等水平的）
就好了。
