paradigm might be different, but their syntax are very similar(cannot see
any point that language designer designs some new language with totally
different syntax and grammar). You just need to familiar with one language(

第二天，八点半等地铁，发现不妙，怎么对面地铁都过了三趟这边还没有来。

For example, if D_r is density of rock and D_w is density of water.
Assume D_r = 2 D_w.
Then the volume of water that hold the rock in ship is twice of rock volumn.
2V_r = V_w
If the rock is dropped into water, the whole water volumn (from the bottom
to the water level) will minus V_w and plus V_r. Whole water volumn will
decrease and the line will drop.

个30好几的老大爷。运气真的很好，所有题目都不难。
概略：从本科到PhD一直念的EE。PhD毕业后没怎么找工作就直接到一个小型research
lab做networking research待了2年多。2014年初第一次Google试水，挂在onsite上了
。到了下半年这几家的recruiter开始陆续contact我，想想也差不多是时候换一下环境
了，就安排了感恩节前一周三个电面。电面除了G都非常顺利。G的电面我自己作死，面
完觉得必须挂的。谁知道过完感恩节那周竟然三家都收到onsite通知了。当时的想法是
避免战线拖太长，所以把三个onsite都安排在元旦后第一周。计划利用圣诞／新年长假
养精蓄锐好好复习，然后一鼓作气搞定。现在回头看，这个策略这次发挥的非常出色。
三家onsite都发挥的非常好，据说feedback都不错，最后都拿到了offer，包裹也都挺
不错的（G > L > F）。
准备：我一直不认为临急抱佛脚似的突击能有多大用处。所以准备时间比较长，可以算

了。。。
电面和onsite都是要写代码，同时要写test case，run出来结果。同时会问下复杂度
1. 电面
国人大哥，题目是找路问题，二维数组中0代表路，1代表墙，找从起点到终点的路并且
输出。
2. onsite
一面：中东人，题目：输入为一个文件，每一行格式：下级名字，上司名字。
输出：
>A
>>A的下级B的名字
>>>B的下级C的名字
>>A的下级D的名字
...
我的方法：
先建树，然后用inorder遍历树，将层序输出。代码写了近100行。
二面：国人大哥（英语很正，可能是ABC），人很nice。题目：输入：word字典，一个
string。输出：string是否可以由字典里面的word拼接而成
我的方法：先说的搜索的方法，然后让我先实现。实现之后，我说可以加入剪枝，加入
到代码里。并且说这样的话复杂度是O(N^2)的。后面和朋友聊，此题用DP也能解，也是
O(N^2)
三面：可能是版上有人说的ABC。题目：给一个二维平面上的点集，需要找一个点（不

一是他们都通过广告应聘, 很多时候(75%)雇主喜欢内部推荐(熟悉的人总放心些), 不
通过广告找陌生人. 他们如果通过广告找工作, 竞争激烈, 成功率低.
二是他们要H1B Sponsorship, 不是每个employer都有兴趣do extra paperwork to
hire 他们.
三是部分人不想学习找工作的技巧和interview的skill, 或者不知道如何去学, 也少有
人愿意或能够付学费去学. 我正考虑开interview和job hunting的培训班, 有兴趣购买
培训教材的和我站内联系. 对每个人来说, 需要的补课的东西不一样, 所以我必须先了
解情况, 看过resume后, 我安排电话会议, 达到因材施教的目的.
四是部分中国学生的English实在不如Indian or European, cover letter, resume
中往往有错误. 有些并非grammar mistakes, 而是他们的写法不符合当地的文化和习惯.
五是大多数人以为车到山前自有路, 但我总是提倡早些准备, 不要等到毕业前一年. 宁

临时性的中文到英文的翻译工作，已招募几十人，还需要更多的人。工作是翻译中文论
坛和微博里的句子，翻译结果用于帮助开发新的自动机器翻译系统。不要求专业水平的
翻译，但需保持中文原意，英语需流畅且无过多语法错误。按实际工作量计算报酬，平
均每翻译一个40～60个中文词的句子付$1。从已招募人员的翻译情况看，平均每个小时
的报酬约为$16(包括阅读，思考，翻译，以及中间可能的休息时间，不包括网络延时等
)。可以在任何时间地点工作，工作量无限制，翻译越多越快报酬越高，但需保证一定
的质量（有人工抽查）。
