我用来煮粥喝，非常的保健。不太爱吃multiple grain bread，太粗糙。
我在Canada时，在那儿的bulkbarn店里买8 grain cereal，大约是一元多一点加元一磅
。bulkbarn是专门卖散装的粮食和其他食物的，非常的价廉物美。可是我到美国已经两
年了，还是没有找到类似的店。
我在supermarket店里想找大袋装（5磅或10磅）的multiple grain cereal，也没有找
到，实在是太失望了。我在Publix看到有1磅装的，牌子是bob's red mill,但是太贵了
，要2~3块！
我在http://www.bobsredmill.com/上看到有卖大袋装的，大约是一元多一点加元一磅，但是邮寄费很贵，和物品一样贵。在www.bulkfood.com上也有，价钱是2元一磅，有点贵，且邮寄费也贵。
你们知道哪儿能买到较便宜的multiple grain cereal吗？我在Atlanta。 |

上娃喂奶的时候发现他老是抓自己的额头，一看还有红红的小点点，不知道是不是过敏
了？我还买了gerber的single grain米糊，如果过敏了是否应该停掉earth best的

vet问起吃什么，我说现在是purina puppy food和blue grain-free混在一起，准备以
后让他只吃grain-free。
然后vet就跟我说这个是个错误信息，一方面是人类现在提倡glutin-free，二是商家营
销手段，说什么wheat对狗狗健康有问题这个事情，科学上完全是没有依据的。
顺便提一下，我们去的是学校的vet teaching hospital，所以里面的vet基本不会坑爹
，而且大部分都是做科研的。
她又说，狗狗是一定想要carbohydrate的，没有grain，puppy food里也要加potato,
soybean之类的成分，这些反而不会whole wheat来的好。
她当时还给我说了4，5个puppy food的brand，说这几个公司是真心对小狗狗粮做过大
量研究的，比较可以信赖。因为我给我家小七purina，所以我只记住了purina是她说的
牌子之一。
哎。。。总之，我决定以后听vet的，这包blue吃完，以后就只吃purina了。 |

虽然我可能还是懂得不多，但觉得狗跟猫不一样。狗是杂食动物，吃点grain应该是正
常的。不像猫本身不需要grain，所以grain free更好。
长时间从我猫身上观察出来的，吃好猫粮也不软便了，也不放屁了，毛也亮了！粮食好
还是很重要的！

目前主流还是归入到食物过敏／不耐受范围内的；医学要去怎么研究不在我等普通人关
心范围内，如果有怀疑的话通过排泄物化验就可以确认是否面筋过敏，做父母的应该是
确认过敏源和避免孩子接触过敏源而不是去做一些漫无边际的猜测。LZ在这里发帖问孩
子是不是对某牌子全麦米糊过敏，一个妈妈回复说她家孩子吃了这个牌子的米糊就得了
玫瑰疹，于是楼下得出结论这个牌子果然不安全要换其他牌子。。。我是觉得这几个因果
关系很好笑。就算如你所说这孩子是肠胃菌群原因，一个牌子的全麦米糊不能吃换个品
牌就能好了？所以我也不知道你到底在这里和我争论些什么。不过也无所谓了，大家都
是表达一下各自的看法，也无所谓一定要争个是非出来。总之如果我是lz，首先我不会
一开始上辅食就上whole grain，因为whole grain的过敏系数明显比rice cereal要高
；二是如果娃儿是过敏娃儿，不可能之前几个月里毫无征兆，通常多数过敏娃儿即使在
纯母乳阶段也会有一些过敏症状的，做妈妈的发现了就应该更加谨慎的上辅食，甚至推

我用omega-2theta模式测了那个表面，得到了［002］［004］［014］三个peak
直接套用scherrer's formula，得到的结果比较一致
2 theta plane FWHM grain size (nm)
36.211 [200] 0.028 298.5
38.498 [130] 0.036 233.7
42.958 [220] 0.029 294.4
这样做可信么？
我的FWHM是直接把peak fit成gaussian得到的，3个peak看上去都不太对称，都是左半
边（小角度）比右半边高些。需要用2个gaussian来fit么？
