第一，Peter Lynch的书写得很容易懂，但是很容易理解错。amitexan您如果有时间再看
一遍Peter Lynch的书应该能发现您遇到的一些问题其实在Peter Lynch的书里都有所涉
猎。Ben Graham的书理解起来非常的费时间，但是他的基本表述还是非常正确的。比如
，您看Ben Graham对于投资的定义。其实，我觉得把价值投资的根本思想阐述的最清楚
的是巴菲特。他一辈子没写任何一本书。但是，如果通读他所有的文章，讲座笔记和采
访记录，您会发现巴菲特在最基本的概念上的表述比Ben Graham和Peter Lynch都要明确
清晰。我认为，根据仁兄举的自己的经验教训和仁兄对FA的观点来看，仁兄在对FA和价
值投资的理解上是有所偏差的。
第二，所有走价值投资的人一开始都会因为理解的不完全不确切，或大或小的栽跟头。
其实所有做投资的人都应该栽过跟头，只不过是多少的问题。仁兄只不过碰巧输得多了

我读了1934年版的Security Analysis后觉得,以那个标准,虽然你可能很长时间找不到
适合投资的公司,可是要亏钱也几乎是不可能的. 比如,对于收入,Graham坚决反对用预期
收入,而是用过去十年的平均收入. 伪造帐目? 谁给我伪造个十年能不暴露的给我看看!

就按Graham的公式算，P/B*P/E=22.5是合理的。现在P/B=6，P/E=15，乘积为90，是22.
5的4倍。所以Graham认为AAPL股价应当被腰斩，所以Buffett听他老师的，不买AAPL。

NetIncome -> 6.98B - 9.9B
按照2018年底的情况（每年12%增速), Graham PE是 25.5 - 32.5 用预期EBITDA 168M

假设没有经济危机的话 增速模型 90% -> 60% -> 30% -> 12% 后半段的估计可能有些

首先，obviously 现在很多重量级参议员都发话反对了，Dem这边是大领导Schumer，

就算需要50票恐怕都通不过。现在算分，估计分数线仅可以给我们提供basic guide

总理哈珀也在周一早晨返回国内。但是，其在这一次亚洲之旅中的表现，却很难令反对
党和国内媒体满意。
在这次会议期间，哈珀他先是突然拒绝了与欧洲政府首脑进行会晤的计划，后来又因为
人权问题，致使中加两国领导人的正式会晤流产。而哈珀唯一重视的只有与美国之间的
友好关系。
自由党首领Bill Graham认为，哈珀的这次亚洲之行对加拿大的声誉造成了严重的损害
，尤其是他无法促进加拿大和中国之间的友好关系，将对加拿大造成严重影响。
而对于哈珀与中国国家领导人会面一事，Graham认为，完全是个“笑柄”。
自从哈珀离开加拿大之后，中加两国领导人是否会在河内会面就一直是媒体和各界人士
关注的焦点。但是，就在哈珀在河内的途中，加拿大官方突然宣布，由于哈珀坚持要提
出人权问题，中方取消了与哈珀的正式会晤。
虽然哈珀最终与胡锦涛有一次简短的交谈，但是也不能令反对党和媒体满意。
对于两国领导人的这次会晤，Graham认为为“具有重大历史意义”：两人仅仅在参加宴

野好，实在不行，临时找人也来的及。
老猪很多传球比较极限，SNF那场有个球给Graham的，Graham头还没回，他球就过去了
，Graham到位后回头把球接住。
所以一旦计划好的PLAY CALL受影响了，老猪受影响相对大些。当然老朱的绝技是一旦
口袋破了，应变能力和摆脱RUSH能力很牛，能够在压力下把球再传出去。 |

李商隐无题诗三译本详说

十九号黄腐儒在新文化论坛贴了他简译的李商隐的《无题》（昨夜星辰昨夜风），引
起大家的热烈讨论。网友方无隅贴出了英国汉学家A.C.Graham与中国教授许渊冲先生的译
文，使得大家谈资更是丰富。我从来坚信中国古诗不可能英译，所以也来说说三家诗译的
各自特色。
我们先看李商隐的原诗：

昨夜星辰昨夜风，画楼西畔桂堂东。
身无彩凤双飞翼，心有灵犀一点通。
隔座送钩春酒暖，分曹射覆蜡灯红。

摘一段Dr. Lischer 对吴大夫当年在Barnes Hospital访问时的回忆。“那时候，Dr.
Phmister做了美国第一例食道癌切除不久，很快Dr.Graham也做了两例。 Dr.Womak主持
了外科/病理周会讨论这两个病例。快结束的时候，吴大夫说话了，声音不大，很谦逊
“我也刚巧带来了几张片子”。然后站起来，开始侃侃而谈自己做过的四五十例的体会
。Well, after that Dr. Graham had the highest regard for Dr. Wu.”Dr.
Graham 是胸科之父。
每每看到这里，作为一个中国人，总是倍感振奋的。不过需要看到，除了吴老自身的天
才和勤奋，美国同行对他的认可和他身后强大的协和医疗团队是密不可分的。
按板上对海归医生的定义，吴老也算海归，尽管那时的协和可不比他去美国医院差。
不禁想起著名海归骨科的李淳德大夫， 居然对自己患者的手术后常见并发症一无所知
。这辈子要争取AAOS的荣誉院士有点困难了。想必在回国之前也是觉得没有什么可学的
