，基本主要是针对HF交易而言的。据说，DE Shaw是HF的鼻祖，就是因为鼻祖，他才在
个人级别上，抢先发财了。现在机器都HF了，个人就没有HF优势了。仅此意义而言，花
街的“程式”有优势，和所谓机器“智能”毫无关系。
商业上的hype，总是吹的远远超过客观的事实，白话叫做装逼、或吹牛，呵呵。 |

Stuck 在 Name Check上的应该是非常少的一部分
80％的Name Check都是在两周内返回USCIS
所以总体处理速度还是取决与USCIS

If yes, then 2 weeks make sense.
If 80% is true, it means USCIS sits on a cleared case for 8 months before
review and approval (as Oct 2011 %approval = 80%). This is insane. |

，最高批准率也达到90%，意味着10%的485申请不合格打回或悲剧
另外SRC129-015-0000/9999是非常点背的号段，目前只有10%的批准率，比周围都小，
TSC 卡在这儿了？

时对Builder讲过这个问题，他说种上草就好了。
究其成因，好像不是那么简单。门前，路比房子高；房子又坐落在坡上，左高右低。前
后左右的水，都往门前灌。当初为了让屋前面的地下室窗户多露出地面，造出semi-
basement的效果，把地势铲得过低。治水的原则是：水不在多，只要能迅速流走。我们
家的现状是--水不管多少，有多少积多少，流不出去。幸亏当初没有异想天开，铲出个
地下车库外加walkout basement。那样的话，房前就可以挖藕养鱼了。
理论上是可以作一个French Drain，让水尽快流走。 Google，your tube了几天，大概
知道把多孔的管子($7.00一截，十个feet)，包布（$25一包，一百feet）埋下去，周围
垫上石子，一头高一头低，一百feet管长的gradient是一个feet深。我们做了三天才竣
工，深深佩服wenxuecity的前辈们，在面朝黄土，背朝天，满手黄泥的施工现场，还能
把个照片拍得一丝不苟，有板有眼，以利后人。
