为什么民主党认为她是大杀器呢？据说是因为她三年不鸣，一鸣惊人，三年不飞，一飞
冲天。
她平时在议会上都是不轻易发言的，连记者采访都一律缄默无视，没人知道她是啥意见
。但如果她一旦发声，那就威力赫赫，一句顶一万句，具有validation的作用。
民主党举的例子我就不重复了，反正就是如果她发个email，就能左右很多人，她认可
的东西，很多人都会跟着认可。
这次到了民主党最危急的时候了，才舍得祭出这个大杀器，所以Warren这些天全力攻击
川普。据民主党说，已经显出了效果，upset川普了，所以川普不得不花时间来攻击
Warren。

其实上网搜搜， 就知道这个推论多么愚蠢。
首先这个bump stock 是奥巴马第五年的时候才出现的， 当时gop已经控制国会了
其次， 这个东西根本不需要什么法律通过它合法， 因为它本身就是符合现有所有法
律的。
所以根本不需要什么国会什么奥巴马批准一个法律让他合法， 反而是需要国会通过一
个法律认定它非法。
你标题这个什么合法什么奥巴马通过， 还什么奥巴马不veto, 完全就是假的错的。
这个小玩意上市， 因为完全符合所有现行法律， 所以只需要登记一下， 既然不违反
法律， 政府也没有权利去禁止销售。
