one child for a few months, so most of them are in very good condition. I
also have some brand new toys and never opened. We are clean family, no pet,
no drug, no bedbugs. First come, first take them. And if someone want the

了小时，push了2个多小时，娃的位置不够低、脸向上，而且我打唉皮丢儿有“window
”区——右腿根部总是上不了药效，凌晨转剖了。。。有空再写产经。
想问一下附近、或者其他地方有相似经历的妈妈们：我今天中午接到一个号称是good
samartian hospital打来的电话，说我保险之外（aetna ppo, 85% coverage），要自
费1800＋，如果我选择pre-paid一次性付清，医院可以给我打20％off，也就是1400＋
。。。。。。这是他们的常规政策吗？没有任何trap吧？
还有我知道麻醉师是跟hospital分开bill的（不知道他们大概会charge多少？），但不
知道生产期间的ob和住院期间前来病房visit的preditrician各自也是跟医院分开bill
吗？ 也就是医院的1400＋ 之外，不知道还要再付多少？ 特别是ob剖腹的那一刀。。

妈妈分享一下。列出的只是自觉使用率很高的东西，其他的比如crib,澡盆这些都是一
般必买的就没放在这里，力求篇幅少，让新手看着不太晕 :p
英文title的amazon上应该都查得到，中文的大多都是在淘宝上买的。
1. My brest friend pillow
买的觉得最值的。喂奶用的，可以解放双手，而且高度不错，宝宝在上面你只要用手护
着他不要掉下去就好了，手不需要吃力，即使你托着他的头也不需要太大的腕力，我到
现在也没经历过妈妈手。当然，喂宝宝的时候把宝宝头放在前臂和上臂的交接处，就更
能防止妈妈手了。Boppy pillow是类似产品，也很popular, 我没用过，但听朋友说有
的时候还是会移动位置。My brest friend可以系在腰上，比较牢固。另外，my brest
friend不光我用，LG给宝宝喂奶时也用得很欢呢，呵呵。
2. changing table
虽然想象中好像觉得在别的平面上给宝宝换尿布也是可以的，但是真实用了还是觉得挺

考虑是不是要换ob，转到Good Samaritan Hospital生
有没有jm知道湾区的这两个医院哪个会更好一些啊如果不比较ob的话？例如剖腹住几天
？护士怎么样？生产花费差别大吗？有保险的情况下。吃的还行么？爸爸有没有简易的
床或可躺的凳子休息？妈妈刚开始没奶的时候能给BB formula吗？

生，所以选哪个医院都没关系。2家医院都去参加过hospital tour，感觉差不多，Good
Sam是private room，O’Connor可能会2个妈妈share一个room，不过医院说机会不大

If you like a better deal, there was a rebate when purchasing this and a
Canon Pixma Pro9000 Mark II printer. Sell the printer at fleamarket and it
will cut your price at least $100.
(Currently, it seems there is no rebate).
