，荷荷。一点也不疼！就是紧张得捏皮捏得有些红。针管30G的，好细，真是没感觉。
就是调药有点难，特别难把针管里的bubbles赶出去，用劲大了，药就流出来啦，急得
我呀。。。不过还是搞定了。开心。：）
估计你跟我的protocol有不同，药都不一样。放宽心啦，有问题就打电话找医生，找不
着就进急诊室，去年我一个人时得了肠炎，疼得很厉害，自己打了911叫了救护车。咱
们要天不怕地不怕，以后有了小孩还要照顾他们呢。

**Follow-up**：
Dr.Davis follow-up，他建议我如下：
1）宫腔镜检查子宫内腔，他怀疑我子宫内有问题影响胚胎着床。
2）做冰冻cycle，他解释FET对身体刺激小，过程简单，我的身体也许更易接受。
3）如果需要下一个fresh cycle，他会在开始stim时用更少的Gona-f(instead of 187.
5, he will start 150)，这样来争取多延长一天的stimulation以达到更多的成熟卵和
胚胎。
4）fresh cycle transfer 4 (这次我transfer了3个也没成功~^~）
5）用Estrogen Patch 来补充我的luteal phasea fter next fresh transfer。他解释
我这次cycle day 24/26 luteal test 显示好的Progesterone level 但是Estrogen
level很低 day24's E2=20
6）在fresh cycle继续用co-culture，他认为co-culture很好的impr |

发帖数: 912 | 14 今早真的很糗啊。第九天STIM，想着昨天E2已经超过4000了，会不会打多了针，OVER
STIM了，有点手发软。打Gona-F的时候扎得肚子疼，第一针没扎下去，换了个地儿继续
扎，然后还使劲憋着气。扎是扎下去了，松了口气后打算扎第二针lupron，突然觉得天
旋地转，心跳加快，恶心加眼前发黑。吓坏了，楼下大叫老爸老妈，我感觉不舒服。老
爸老妈下楼，我就开始狂出汗，觉得是被OVER STIM了，赶快打了911，五分钟后来了一
大个警察，带了个急救箱。看到他，我又觉得好很多，汗也不出了，眼也不发黑了。谈
了一会儿话，告诉他我刚打完针。后来救护车来了，过来两个人，帮我量血压，心电图
，都没事。我跟他们说了IVF的事，他们说可能是药物反应，去ER不如去看自己的医生
，然后我签了release书，他们就走了。
去诊所跟护士讲了我的情况，她说不象是OHSS啊，因为我看上去也没长什么重量，没有
卵巢过激，应该是anxiety attack。我可能是太焦虑了，潜意识里觉得打多了针，早上
又憋着气打针，把自己吓的。护士给我抽血，我看着血停在管子半中央，就是出不来。
换了左胳膊扎还是一样。护士说我血液浓 |

我做的是合同工，经理刚跟我提了转正的事，假如能转正，以后再做IVF都可以有保险
COVER了。不过我近几个月做IVF请假什么的，真不好意思。现在又是关口。经理是个女
生，比我还小，对我很好。倘若换个老板，碰上我这样的事例，不断合同算不错了，转
正的事情肯定别想。我现在已经很感激啦 |
