本来是想买goma 1200的， 结果一看到处都是refurbished的，想想估计是有问题。
然后看到这个Crosman Benjamin Trail NP All Weather， 外形就把我迷上了。
还有他又有Up to 70% quieter than other air rifles，都不要消声器了。
想来好笑我刚开始吧NP All Weather，想成了，national park All Weather,就更有好
感了，结果就跳了。
估计我就先玩这个了，

刚刚收到邮件，oasis 登入后， 通过。练得不多，没参加学习班。 考试中开始比较紧
张，语言发挥就不好，后面的美国学生受我影响也紧张，整个过程中自己估算犯了大概
有三四十个错误 （现在回想有人发帖说是犯错无数，就是这种），包括忘记洗手，握
手，三个完全诊断错误，patient note 基本写不完， 重要拼写错误，很多重要的信息
都忘记写上。最后通过的结果是两个部分是borderline， 一个部分略好一点。险过。

And some of hospitals sponsor H1b. But I don't think other hospitals offer

虽然各种消息到处飞, 没觉得今年和前几年有政策调整.
美国是移民国家, 知道外来新鲜血液的重要. 各行各业都回吸收外国人, 医学也不会例
外. 大减大增可能性都不大, 小幅上升是常态.
美国考生想上医学院,基本都能上, 拿DO and carribean学位的, 好学生比例不会高,
医院又不全傻子,不可能大幅用carribean生, 连个正规实习医院都没有,能指望吗?
IMG 主要和IMG 竞争, 这两年主要中东战乱, 穆斯林因为信教, 常聚, 所以connection
多. 老中没有那种每周聚会, 所以要多主动去找.
IMG MATCH 每年都会摆动一下, O8 上台对申请者绝对不是利好消息, 削减benifit可
能更现实, 减员不现实.
放进袋里才是钱, 能早卖,当然要卖, 比砸手里强.

简单介绍一下我的profile:
1. YOG: 2011。
2. Step: 233/236/1stPass/214，9月15日申请之日前成绩都出来了。
3. USCE：5个月Hands-on elective Clerkship。在Universityof Texas
4. LOR: 几乎都用了美国的，有一个Chair’sLetter是我们上医内科系主任的。
5. Some Research work without publication by 9/15尽管后来发表了，也不算了。
6. CV, PS我找了美国朋友改的
我面试了为数较少的地方。因为资金有限，不打算大量投入各处跑面试，全美除外加州
