特别是感恩节后可能是最合适的时间，因为很多人可能比较有假期。
golfdigest 现在每期都有group的故事，是说一些group每年基本上定期golfer only的
旅行。
比如这个，

水平不重要，只要能有些内容，就能玩得比较开心。
现在我只能期待明年了。 在这之前，我希望能有些poll，比如
1）committe参加的人
2） 确定地域。 比如能参加的人大多都在东北，那么第一次就在东北部举行，
以后就take turns
3） 时间 春夏秋冬 那个季节最合适，
4） 最后一个就是时间， 当然了， 定个5天的周期，有些人能来3天的，4天的都可以。 |

而golf digest杂志定义”好“根据球场的7个特点：1是值不值得（和价钱相关）2是难

比如圆石滩球场（pebble beach)， 我曾去那里游玩过几次， pebble beach有4个球场

wood carries about 250. I read in Golfdigest that Vijay's 3 wood carries 265.
He is among the longest hitter in the tour. My 3 wood is about 180~190. |

overcome slice.
The preface title of this issue is "cure ur slice".
My friend gave me a tip, which works very well for me. but I don't wanna use
it.
He said, when u set up, ur two arms come into a triangle naturally, then do ur
backswing, keep the triangle as far as possible. That's it.

attend Stanford?
Doesn't she know studying in Stanford gonna takes her pratice time？
I remembered golfdigest reported the study life and golf life among some
high reputable schools, like Duke, UCLA, Stanford, Princeton, and so on.

GolfDigest 2007 Jan issue has a complete list of the golf equipments -
driver, fairywood, iron, putter and balls.
The both get Golden awards, and are highly recommened. Obviously $500 beats
the $700. I would say.

hit almost 50 balls but felt very awkard. Lost tempo and easy to throw the
club over the shoulder. Talked to my coach about this. He called it BS.

任何时候backswing，重心基本上没在左脚的（对右手球员来说），spin angle很重要
，不可能出现tile在左的情况，否则很难做一个full swing,所谓的重心要在球之后，
最后导致的就是用手臂挥球杆，造成hook..
我现在的swing如果出什么问题，基本上就是hook，而原因就是在swing top时重心没转
移。 |

Group lessons are much cheaper but only good if that is the first time you
pick up a club. Moreover, Golf can not be taught overnight. There is always
something in your game that can be corrected. So try going back to your
coach at least once per season. Watching training video and reading
Golfdigest also helped a lot in my case. |

i am not against the fairway wood and driver. personally, i don't have
experience on them.
i would just recommend to find some big-brand woods with cheap price, like

看了让我唏嘘不已，文中对Tiger Woods golf swing的描述和我现在理解的非常相似，
比如taller stance, upright swing plane, swing in front of the body, 同时，对
Tiger woods在去年各个时期swing的变化的描述和我当时的感觉也相当接近， 比如，
提到的他squat too much, weight on the behind foot after the downswing......
Haney讲的不少我也很赞同，比如golf swing is a feel. 不仅是full swing, 还有
putting stroke. Butch Harman对Adam Scott的推球技术也说过Adam太依赖technical
了，他该有更多的feel在里面。
另外就是练习的效率。说Tiger在本赛季后半程再也没在比赛后去练习场，然后他赢 |
