目前我们的客户在移民过程中面临的主要有三方面的问题。第一是H-1B名额的问题。由于受H1B名额限制，如果雇主不是高校等非营利性研究机构，很多人即使有了很好的工作机会也不能在美国工作。第二是职业移民的签证名额问题。由于受签证名额所限，出生于中国和印度的申请人的移民排期存在很大的倒退。第三，FBI背景调查使很多申请人的绿卡申请被耽误，有的甚至多达数年。为了把客户的这些问题反馈到国会的立法者，我们所的Matthew Graham先生、Ben Wisniewski律师和张哲瑞律师于9月17日及18日专程到华盛顿会见了部分国会议员和工作人员。

积案问题。在发送给美国移民律师协会 (AILA) 的邮件中， 移民局概括了将与FBI共同
