still needs help (2.5), otherwise he'd drip.
Chunk cheese - good anywhere. My boy doesn't eat a lot of it though. The
individual packed ones a little expensive but easy to deal with.
Oranges - We carry wipes with us for when we go out so our fingers can be
cleaned up. Be sure to rinse your month after eating oranges on account of
the acid. |

我家老大花生过敏，老二蛋白和奶制品过敏。我给他们的早餐就是：每人白面包1片，
老大鸡蛋一个（最小号的）全脂牛奶1杯，老二燕麦粥一碗鸡蛋黄一个。
上午的snack老大是一个gogurt，老二是水果（他最爱苹果）
中午带一个corndog，老大1个cheese条，老二水果
下午回来的snack老大是一个萨其马或者水果，老二是水果（一般给桃子或者瓜）
晚上米饭+肉+菜
睡觉前老大一杯奶，老二吃水果或者豆浆
总之snack一定要非常好消化的，低糖的。
