戚文峰指出，该频道的普通话新闻，仍是以Global电视英语新闻为主要内容，但遇到有

回国5个多月后第一次返美，有Global Entry 和 Reentry Permit， 但都未使用过。
1. 进关时可否只用Global Entry， Reentry permit 不出示，留待万一不幸被移民管
问到再用？
2.如果带小孩（有美国护照，但没有Global Entry）如何从快速通道入关？看了一下小
孩必须在海关排队啊。

Fear》，他的作者是michael crichton，就是写侏罗纪公园的那位。虽然是小说，但其
中对于global warming和极端气候现象的阐述引用了大量的严肃科学论文和数据，应该
是可信的，包括世界冰川总体积是否真在缩小，海平面是否真在快速上升。而且我也请
教了UCSD的专家学者，他们也并不赞同global warming这种说法。目前的对于global
warming的宣传我向更多的是一种政治上的。当然，这些宣传引起了人们对自然环境的

也就是说，如果d在第一方法中最高，我也希望它在第二组也是最高的，到不一定都成
比例关系（想前一种情况的两倍，绝对就是globally the same，象后一种情况，两组

～globally, 就是检验两组样本背后的两个分布, 是否一样. 当然两个分布是否一样有
不同的标准, 如果你只考虑均值, 那么就是2 sample t test, 当然你必须假设两个分
布本身都是正态分布等等.
只考虑均值的话，那不行，两个方法的得到的总和不一样啊，要不先都normalized to
the same sum?

问题是美国的很多地方这个global sim现在已经连不上3G或者3G以上的数据(除非FP更
改与ATT或者TMobile)的协议，global sim在mobile data(美国国内)就是废材了.
LTE sim是免费, $0.99是activation fee.

roaming和FP global 3-in-1 SIM在那边的使用情况，两台机器都是三星的S7官方无锁
版（930U)，Android 7.0
首先一点，对于双模手机，切换cdma和gsm模式的时候，最简单就是热插拔sim，这样插
入新sim，系统识别后自动充启并设置。对于从cdma转FP的gsm，需要手动设置一下apn
：freedompop.foggmobile.com,在fp gsm 模式下prl/profile update的设置被隐藏。
而对于gsm转回sprint cdma，update prl和profile一下，network selector好像被隐
藏。
Sprint的global roaming是free included在那个byod的plan里面的，我原本以为
sprint cdma的sim只能用在cdma网络下id LTE的，所以觉得在外国漫游的时候估计没什
么卵用，因为cdma的服务商还是少数，但是使用过程中发现那个sim其实也可以连在gsm
