I do agree LV went downhill, have been there almost once a year from 2009 to

有有效期，估计过期后要交钱重新认证。如果过期不重新认证，不清楚是否还能说自己
的球是BWF认证的。
这些认证的球，估计飞行都符合比赛标准。但是不一定适合业余用球的标准。比如RSL
＃1，飞行没有什么问题，但顶不上一局。听说金雀AAA的质量也下降不少。如果搞不到
什么好球，一个可行的办法就是买两种球，一种高端的如AS40/50，一种中低端的如
HIQUA purple or DNA yellow。碰到那些混球玩的，就用个破球应付一下完事。

如果想lean就再cut一点儿。我建议你还是综合练，光是胸大我个人觉得并不好看，不
过这还要看你自己和LP的审美观了。俯卧撑和引体向上都是不错的综合练习。
如果总是focus在局部的肌肉上容易最后看起来不协调，比如胸和二头明显比其它部位
大。要是为了整体的健康来说，腿（包括臀）和腰腹我个人觉得比上身重要，上身里面
相对来说背和肩比较重要。胸和胳膊还不如几个关节有用（腕/肘/肩），但这两个往往
是初学者最关心和重视的部位，没办法，所谓glamour muscle嘛~~
哦忘了说其实个人觉得从实用的角度说前臂也很重要。 |

My problem with Phil is that I always think his glamour is not genuine.
I actually do not know where it comes from. It is funny. My white colleagues

我记得有人管胸背二头肌，叫glamour muscle。其实腿，臀，腹肌都特别有用（甚至更
有用）但是第一人们看不见，第二练大并不见得好看（我指符合大多数人的审美标准）。
我觉得：
1。肌肉量和相对力量（指相对体重而言）之间有个最佳比例，大部分人都还不到这个
比例，即使看起来fit的人。当然职业的body builder可能要超过这个标准。
2。肌肉大小和实用力量的对应也不是绝对的。
总而言之，身材应该是实用性的载体，而不是反过来。 |

二月的Glamour里有一张小纸条， 可以去sephora那里15ml的这个Magic cream. 这个感
觉很水润， 就和EL Time Zone那个眼霜一个感觉。 擦到脸上真的就是水水的感觉。
和别的cream擦到脸上感觉不一样， 推荐大家去sephora要个小sample试一下。
不像他家的给干皮用的hope 系列那么油闷。
我觉得这要是干皮妹妹用， 要摸2层。 或者用来补充的cream非常好。 但是会很费。 |
