他出入同性戀場所等，他不僅矢口否認，甚至揚言要起訴報道他是同性戀的媒體，這就
等于說，王丹否認自己是同性戀。王丹表示，那家媒體負責人最后向他“道歉”。但他
自己對媒體、對大眾撒了那麼多謊，卻絕無一句道歉。而且，一個本應是為同性戀權益
呼吁的人，這麼個否定法，不知同性戀團體怎麼看。
但不管怎麼說，他是不是同性戀，不是問題，但如果涉嫌戀童，那可就一定是問題了。
我在《五錯俱全的王丹》一文裡曾提到，王丹在哈佛讀書期間，他的美國鄰居就有反映
，王丹和太多男孩子交往，如果不當接觸未成年男孩的話，是會犯罪的，需要長輩管教
。在台灣清華大學，也有老師意識到他周圍總有一些年輕男孩。學校老師們還以為，王

。也就是说事情会停留在判决前的状态：联邦还不会承认同性婚姻。这些案件可能会同
时面对法庭。
如果两件案件的至少一位原告（同性恋一方）在波士顿的联邦第一区的上诉法庭胜诉，
那么DOMA很可能会在该区废止：massachusetts, new hampshire, Maine, Rhode
Island and Puerto Rico。也就是说，新罕朴舍的同性伴侣也会得到联邦的承认。

GLAD的律师很清楚地表示，即使DOMA被最高法院推翻，Prop8还要慢慢地走它的上诉之
路。（除非有全民投票或其他的方法）
“Prop8是一起婚姻案，它是讲人们在州里被剥夺了结婚权；我们的案件是在州一级已
经被承认结婚的人在联邦一级也得到承认。”Bonuato说，“我们的原告们已经结婚了
。”
但是LGAD的律师说这并不会损害Prop8案。现在想要联邦法官对Prop8作出相似的决定--
对DOMA作出的决定性--是没有用的。
支撑8案，因为要走更大的地区，第九区，要在判决前走很长的路。不大可能prop8案和
DOMA案会同时到达最高法庭。
GLAD律师认为，如果两起DOMA案到达最高法院，它们不会是党派间的决定，因为它是联
邦制度的问题，也就是说国会过度立法，将州法的权力剥夺了。

半年多前在这个小区买了套房，是在 downtown 附近介于 100 街与 92 街之间的一个
社区里。 98004 的学区，地点好，房子好，风景也还不错，邻居素质好，住得挺舒服
的。本来还想说等房价起来后，拿出去卖掉，不过年纪大了，“不折腾”，就当作养老
之所吧。
我有条黄金猎犬，五岁，每天在社区里遛狗是我的日课。
遛狗的好处除了人与狗都有得锻炼之外，也可以顺便看看人家的房子。这个社区的房子
都挺不错的，连六七十年没有改建过的 dozer 都要 $1M（主要是地价），最高可能可
以到 $3M 吧，前两天经过一套正在卖的要价 $2.67M。我喜欢在遛狗的时候顺便看看邻
居的房子，看看人家的花园怎么设计的，房子的建筑有什么特色等等。同时这个社区的
人也很有礼貌，遛狗时在路上遇见人，都会彼此点头打个招呼，不管对方是开车还是走
路的，只要遇见了就会点个头招招手。

其实我一开始并不支持他，所以也很能理解为何有很多人不喜欢他，我也觉得他像个
Bully，川普之前我支持了三个共和党候选人，最后一个是Ted Cruz, 当Cruz败局已定
时，党内很多大佬不但不向川普靠拢，反倒高喊Never Trump, 这可是叛变民主党的节
奏啊，我早就怀疑共和党和民主党的大佬们很多时候其实是一伙的，原来是真的，加上
媒体开始毫不遮掩地对川普狂轰滥炸，我才慢慢确认川普面对的是一个强大无比的既得
利益集团，或者说比他大得多的Bully.
如果你对奥巴马的八年很满意，你绝对不会喜欢川普，如果你看不到deep state既得利
益集团这个巨大无比的Bully, 你应该也不会喜欢川普。

。最后写thank you note给15个人，有11个回复。回复比较positive的都是去听过talk
的，但其中很多人不在one on one meeting上，也不在SC里，不知道他们的意见能占多
大比重。
今天等的心焦，就回头看看那几封热情洋溢的thank you note的回复，这样就会多点信
心。

constructive or not. It could be better done through a better channel, so
that management could think your critism over. They are paid big bucks to
do that.
As a sharehoder, I am glad to see M$ is spending money more responsibly now.
Most junior developers don't worth the money they are paid for. No offense

大学时候来米国，就发现米疣叫兽和作家喜欢故弄玄虚。
常常把简单的东西说成复杂，并且故意忽略关键部分。
而藤校学生也较自负虚荣，不懂装懂，怕被其它同学看衰。
这些叫兽也深谙学生的心理弱点，故意让它们没学到。
但我一般很快就问到关键的东西，每次他们都非常不爽。
愚蠢虚荣的狗蝇被耍了还敬仰万分，赞叫兽们高深莫测。
当然，如果你熟悉盗魔经，这一切都不奇怪，还可以预见。
盗魔经信徒对狗蝇没有好意，尤其最忌聪明本领的狗蝇。

这里给大家看俺刚刚经历的一个典型案例.
我一个客人,看到了一个房子,非常喜欢,志在必得.由于这是一个短卖,我们又不想下太
高的OFFER, 于是,我们在房子上市当天,下了一个比报价高$1000块的合约.
然后,我就开始运作.先查一查,卖方代理和我们公司任何人有没有过交道.可惜,没有.
然后,问了几个我关系好的大牌代理.还是很可惜,他们都不认识卖方代理.
终于发现,我和卖方代理公司的另一个代理,先是发生一点误会,然后登门拜访,消除误会
,不但成交了,还很友好.
然后,我有查了当卖方代理的业绩,发现这个女人不寻常.她去年一年居然有40个成交.

Marketing Department offers promotions at regular intervals. As these
promotions have certain eligibility conditions (like applicable for new
