1) 地下室漏水
"A complete, new water management system has been installed, including two
(2) sump pumps and an interior perimeter drain. This is an indication of
past water problems. While usually effective in controlling water
problems, interior perimeter drains, if not properly installed, can over a
period of time, result in foundation damage, including collapse. Sump
pumps were tested and functioned properly."

发帖数: 12461 | 2 所以按照这么来看，地板下面的joist是和地板垂直的，也就是从一边的窗到另外一边
的窗的。
不过客厅25ft的宽度，一般是两段joist中间架在girder上面。girder就是从壁炉到门
的走向，但是肯定不从烟囱里面穿过，所以不是壁炉左面就是壁炉右面。这样的情况你
只要加固girder就可以了。这是简单情形。这样维修用不了几千。
但是复杂情况就没上限了。例如发现地板也变形了，还要换地板而且是两个房间全换。
墙全部打开，壁橱重新做。
最稳妥的方法就是出钱开墙，检查，再决定要不要买。 |

carry the weight of dead load and live load. as long as the girder/beam and
pier are fine. the bridge should be fine. slabs only for road way surface
and reinforcing bars is not that important |

个骗子承包商纠缠，一边还不能让项目停下来。对那个骗子的策略已经定了，过了12月
15号这个还钱期限还不见他还钱的话，就把他告上法庭。项目紧赶慢赶，还是没有赛过
时间，现在的西雅图已经正式的进入了雨季了，而我的项目刚刚封顶，roof ing还没有
做。
先说说我找的老美的framer，话说那天形式变的非常明朗，那个骗子承包商露出了真实
的面目，他已经不可能继续干我的项目了，我的第一反映就是，把骗子绳之以法的同时
，这个项目不能停。遇到骗子已经非常不幸，再不采取自救措施，导致做到一半的房屋
结构在西雅图的凄风冷雨中倍受摧残，就更加不幸了。但真的又不知道如何找人来接手
这个项目，况且声誉好的contractor不但要价高，而且不可能立马就开工，至少要等到
人家有时间才能开始，那又不知道要等到什么时候了。人被逼到一定的程度，真是有无
限的能量。前后权衡了不到半个小时，我就把策略定下来了：自己当contractor，自己
动手把房子的结构盖完。就是这么一个短时间内作出的决定，导致我在接下来的两个星

发帖数: 25 | 8 拿钱发帖的这么多人，两个桥的结构根本不一样也能比，第一个桥是炸pier，380公斤
也就听个响，河南按个桥应该是non-composite steel plate girder 估计beam和slab
没有连接才导致爆炸掉下去的。美国的高速桥的桥面最多是8”的concrete slab加上3
”的沥青，你想想还没你家房顶厚呢。炸穿了自然大梁横向手里掉下去了，支撑大梁的
pier都是不能承受横向力的 |

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
