How Millennial Leaders Will Change America

Love ’em or hate ’em, this much is true: one day soon, millennials will
rule America.
This is neither wish nor warning but fact, rooted in the physics of time and

a*******d 发帖数: 53 | 34 Under the shadow of unshakeable partisanship, the US political machinery, in
general, could move extraordinarily slow when loaded with thorny issues.
The white house can push the congress only to a certain degree, and the
capitol hill itself is buried in a bottomless and hopeless gridlock. The
relatively fast-track minded supreme court is as so much divided, with
Justices Roberts, Scalia, Thomas and Alito reliably sitting on the right
side, and their colleagues Justices Stevens, Ginsburg, Breyer |

Current sitting justices in the supreme court of United States are,

problem of DOMA is trying to drive a wedge between the cultural right, and
the federalist right, while the former is strictly anti-gay, the latter
actually recognizes and respects state sovereignty. But again, on issues
regarding DOMA, these twpo sectors of conservative america might be
discordant, but on the gay issues in general, they do share similar negative
attitudes.
I agree, Justice Kennedy might repeal DOMA Sec 3 ba... 阅读全帖 |

How Will the Supreme Court Rule on Same-Sex Marriage?
Wednesday's landmark decision by a federal court that California's ban on
same-sex marriage violates the U.S. Constitution begins to pave the way for
an eventual Supreme Court decision on marriage equality. How will the
Supreme Court rule?
When the California case was first filed by the all-star legal team of Ted

我们是不是更应该担心Ruth Bader Ginsburg?她都大肠癌这么多年了,她现在要是不

Justice Ginsburg身体是不大好, 但她好象也没有近期退休的打算. 希望Obama会连任,
