？ gingival flap procedure和 gingival flap surgery是一个东西吗？
我过去两个月在做deep cleaning. 一共去了四次，每次做一个quadrant。
刚查了一下报给保险公司的claim, 发现有一次的claim和其他几次都不一样，收费也高
出一大截。这次的claim code是D4241，我查了一下就是Gingival flap procedure。
可我感觉, 四次做得东西完全一样。都没切开牙龈，也没缝针。 |

没有在拔牙后立刻进行bone graft来防止bone
resorption. 在4个月愈合期后没有评估bone resorption状况和牙龈萎缩的后果。
也没有采取gingival graft的方式来补救。最退后一步，PFM还可在cervical 那里用
gingival color porcelain来模仿gingival margin.
BTW,下面show出来的几张国内图片其实是残根上面的post+BU,而不是implant. |

，外加4个很大的蛀牙。waterpik的广告语原文是：

注意：这里面从来没写过“蛀牙”。waterpik宣传的只是牙周炎(gingivitis) and gum
health(就是牙龈健康)，对于牙齿本身，waterpik可没写什么。

systems may clean the teeth more thoroughly than flosser and with
anti-bacterial function. Teeth is very important. Untreated gingivitis (牙龈炎
) may develop into periodontitis (牙周炎) which is terrible and almost
incurable. (i have a friend got that due to ignorance of teeth pain). Is blood
there when he brushes his teeth? Is his teeth gum darker than yours |

翻瓣地好处是可以直视，所以deep cleaning地效果更好。一般地说翻瓣就要切开缝合
。但是如果只是小范围剥离牙龈做deep cleaning, 在操作中也可以不用切开。

个病在孕期还是很常见的，因为孕期荷尔蒙的变化造成牙龈充血，容易引起感染。但是
引起早产恐怕还是比较极端的，楼主不要太担心了。听医生的，注意刷牙，用牙线清洁
，痛得太厉害的时候好像可以用冰。并且清洁牙后注意洗手，不要造成其它部位（比如
阴道）的细菌感染。 |

刷牙出血是很正常的事，谁都会有。多刷牙，天天用牙线，天天用漱口水漱口，每年洗
两次牙。做到这样，牙龈出血就不常见，出血后也会很快停止，口气清新，自我感觉会
好很多。
BTW，看到很多老中不怎么在意口腔卫生，一说话酸气扑鼻，受不了。美国人有好的地

最近我在网上看关于猫猫牙病，发现不管是人牙不好，还是猫牙不好，都很令人郁闷啊
。洗牙也是好贵的说。
最近发现两个酥的牙龈(gum)和牙齿中间有一条偏red的线，网上一查，牙龈炎啊！！！
！我好郁闷，看来还是刷牙不给力啊。牙齿部分都是白白的，gum也是粉色的，摸起来
也firm，可是靠近牙齿的那一条线绝对是比上面的gum要深一些。。。。
不知道各位猫奴家的主子的牙怎么样，一定要经常观察着呀。

得把下边的molar给拔了。那个医生还给我当地另外一个牙科专家的联系方式，说是有
个second opinion更放心。我带着小乖开车一个多小时去了，牙科专家的建议也是拔。
拔吧。
我早晨把她放在医院，开车去上班，等红灯的时候，忽然就哭了，这时候我突然意识到
原来我是这么的鸡婆，完全不是我自以为的放得下的人。到了单位以后有个会，我告诉
对方，我必须把手机开着，因为猫在做手术，如果医院来电话，我必须接。对方特别理
解地连连点头。
中午电话来了，一切正常，可以去接她了。我驾车飞奔而去，手拿笔记本，准备记录医
生的护养指导。给小乖做手术的医生看了我一眼，说：“我肯定，她这个上午比你过得
好。”呵呵。我才不在乎你怎么说呢。结果小乖到家以后就狂撮罐头，从嘴角滴下一点
