但有各式各样的IQ测试, 以免个别测试不准。这些测试号称和语言，背景无关，要求达
到95%正确率以上。
如果真是这么客观的话，那么说：在8，9分学区能进gifted program(他学区今年从9分
跌到8分），如果转学到10分学区，应该也能进 gifted program，是不是？还是10分学
区会提高要求，要求99%以上，以免太多学生挤在一个gifted program？
在pull out gifted program 里，对申请大学有帮助吗？如果有帮助的话，那么在8，9
分学区的gifted program里肯定比10分学区容易（人少，竞争少，师生比例小），这结
论如何。
这里老中进Gifted Program小朋友估计一叠一叠的，非常多，所以问问大家，希望有经
验的能分享些经验，特别哪些好书可以看看。

Card买东西的话，能查出我的交易信息吗？小二说用Macy's的Gift Card 也可以追踪到
我得交易信息的，说用整个Mall的Gift Card的话，好像就可以了。
我现在还不是很明白用Gift Card入货的情况，哪位好心人能否指点一二？
在Ebay上买Gift Card靠谱不靠谱呢？究竟用Gift Card能不能跟踪到消费信息阿？我昨
天是现场买Gift Card后就买货了，这样是不是还是相当于在用信用卡买？
哪位神医或者神护能不能出来给我们这样的新人科普一下 ，这样也方便我们以后为神
医提供货源不是？

whoever loaned you money to buy the house. If you have proof of inital
borrowing, i don't think the repayment is subject to income/gift tax.
Otherwise, it might look like a gift. Currently you can gift $13K per
receipent per year, or $26K if you are married and your wife agrees to do it

If you gave any one person gifts in 2005 that valued at more than $11,000,
you must report the total gifts to the Internal Revenue Service and may have
to pay tax on the gifts.
The person who receives your gift does not have to report the gift to the
IRS or pay gift or income tax on its value.
